The box is very well made and does the job great. I would also say the supplier [Homescapes] performed very well as the first box arrived damaged, a replacement was sent out immediately and the damaged box taken away on delivery of the second box. Great customer service.
Holds parcels as well as letters securely. Fixed to wall with four bolts supplied.
Basically it is as described and I'm pleased with the purchase as it has stopped parcels been left on the door step. It's been installed for a week and successfully received several parcels. Although registered I haven't received any email notifications of delivery which I assume is down to delivery drivers not scanning the bar code.

Before giving feedback, I waited until we had some serious downpour, which happened several times recently and could have been graded at deluge level. I'm happy to confirm that the box remained totally dry inside - not a drop of water or sign of damp. I got a tradesman to fit it against the house wall and he also sealed it to the wall with silicon along the top of the box to make sure no water runs down behind the box and eventually damages the wall. He did it on his own, used his own fixings, and the job was done in less than 10 minutes. The lettering on the box is very visible and the postman saw it from day one. Only the locking system is a bit wobbly and took some getting used to (hence 4 stars). Apart from this minor problem, I am thoroughly happy with this purchase (but only 4 stars because of the price).
