Fitting availability good and accommodated some changearounds due to busy work schedules.
Fitting good, workers very clean and respectful of space. Few blemishes but to be expected when knocking out old windows. Slight issue with language barrier so wasn't the easiest to communicate.
General communication a little bit pushy.

Having had a wonderful experience with Smartglaze UK LT after having the back windows & a new front door fitted to my house, as soon as l I had the opportunity to have the front windows done I knew they would look after me again, I booked in another meeting with them & they came round to give me a quote the very next day. Once again they’ve been brilliant from start to finish, answering any questions I had around what style of casement windows would be suitable for the cottage theme I was going for. They were able showcase flush style windows that were just perfect for the style I wanted. They again were supportive in working around the amount I had budgeted. The work was again completed in the time frame in which I had asked for. They continued to showcase the high level of service that I had previously receive, by keeping me informed of throughout. The work has again been done to a fantastic standard, I’m so happy with the finish & quality, given my house a new lease of life. We are very happy with the work. Price was very reasonable and the window fitters were able to work around our renovation schedule with building work we needed to get completed prior to fitting the windows.

Great experience overall and I can endorse the other reviews for SmartGlaze. Competitively priced for composite front door and patio doors which were ordered and fitted within a few weeks. Happy to take payment in whatever way suited me. Kept me updated throughout and quality of the fitting was great, really nice job. SmartGlaze UK are fantastic! The team were very professional, clean, tidy and have done a great job. They replaced some old, tired sliding doors with modern high quality French doors. Very happy with the service, the low price and the speed, we’ve definitely been Smartly Glazed!!
