Smart estate agents manage a few of our properties and I find them to be very good at keeping me informed of any issues that arise. Nina in particular is always on hand for any questions I might have and has even helped me find cleaners / maintenance contractors for unrelated properties - great service, above and beyond.

Jack provided impeccable service from the very start! Responded to my original enquiry very quickly, arranging a viewing was effortless and despite delays due to traffic & incorrect navigation, waited at the property until we arrived calling us to check we were ok.

Upon arrival, Jack offered to show us another apartment in the building and was able to answer all our questions.

Another great experience with smart lettings.. within less than a week of being told our tenants were moving out ( a sad split), Josh was on the phone with news of potential new tenants…no fuss, just sound common sense and a full knowledge of both of them and us.. thank you for the no stress, problem solving attitude!

Great experience so far. I met Josh on the day of the viewing. We were all about 15 minutes ahead of the appointment time. Had a view of the property and received every necessary information regarding the property and concerning the application process. I have received adequate assistance through to the point were my referencing has just been accepted.

Josh (Peto) was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I stepped through the door of my viewing he was professional, friendly, attentive and well-informed.

Josh was able to answer all of my questions and was very friendly throughout the whole viewing.

Josh has also been great afterwards when keeping me informed on the next steps, what is required of me and everything else. Considering I have found house-hunting to be a super stressful experience, Josh has done a great job at making it as easy as possible!

Jack was professional and friendly thought the viewing. He was waiting for me when I arrived (which was great as I’d remembered the wrong house number!). Showed me everything I needed to see and talked about what I needed in a property to check it would be suitable. As I left he emailed me the application so I could do it immediately.
