I purchased a Home Assistant Green from this seller. The device was defective from the moment of delivery and never functioned properly.

The seller refused to provide warranty service, using the fact that I attempted to resolve the issue myself by inserting a battery as a reason to avoid their mandatory warranty responsibility.

Communication was poor: the online contact form did not work, and the phone number listed on the website was incorrect.

Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this seller.
