Awful experience
Booked an emergency appt online on Thurs am and had to pay £50 just to book. I then got a call 3 hrs later to say all dentists were on leave because it was "bank holiday" despite website saying they put patient welfare first. 1st appt was Tuesday at 330pm, 5 days later. After 5 days of agony, they started extraction but because the numbing injection was taking longer than expected to fully kick in, they wouldn't continue because "my appt time was up". I was given a prescription for antibiotics and another appt in a wks time. I also had to pay a further £30 towards an unknown treatment cost as there is no transparency. I'm now £89 down (£9 private prescription) with worse toothache than before and facing another 7 days of pain. Really disappointed at lack of patient care, more interested in getting money upfront than providing any relief.

Smooth and professional
I was recommended this practice by a family member. I needed to have an infected tooth taken out, Alan did it for me and the whole process was quick and painless. Alan was professional and explained everything as he went along.

I have never been made to cry by a so…
I have never been made to cry by a so called professional as I did today I went for an appointment at wallasey dental studio the dentist alan suddiq was so rude I told him About an on going problem with a side tooth that is so sharp he wanted to file it down I asked could it be taken out as there was only half a tooth and it was sore he opened his door and told me to eff off putting it politely and go somewhere else I was in total shock 😲 I havnt stopped crying just because it came out of the blue for absaloutly no reason at all I have contacted the NHS who sent me to this private dentist and also the manager who was totally disgusted I will be taking it further again as I walked out of the room the people who where in the waiting room heard everything and where gobsmacked i dnt know where he went just left me on the chair mortified is an understatement can you imagine going to ur gp telling him your ailments and him telling you to EFF OFF "no i carnt neither i will be taking this further i was told by reception she wasnt going to ask him to apologise because it will make him angry how rude is this guy 😢

Only positive things to say
I went to see a hygienist recently after a good few years of not going to the dentist due to personal reasons/medical reasons. I was nervous. I was seen by Binod. He was a lovely man and made sure I was comfortable and was looked after me during my scale and polish. It made my nerves ease and he took the time to show person centred care during this appointment. I left feeling good and happy with the work carried out on my teeth. I've booked back in to go again. Also his assistant Alicia was nice too. Thank you.
