Not only did they have the correct…
Not only did they have the correct parts I needed which I received within a couple of days BUT they gave me so much free advice that helped repair my spa tub without having to send my machine away costing not only time but money.
Top company that won’t try and rip you off. Pleasure to do business with.

Fantastic hot tub service
Our hot tub egg stopped working so we contacted Smalley Hot Tub Services and from the initial conversation to the return of our fully working egg, the customer services was brilliant. Honest and reliable and kept us up to date with progress of both the egg service and delivery. Will definately get our egg serviced with Smalley again next year.

Service is outstanding, quick reply’s to questions, couldn’t recommend this company enough, helped me out no end with set up and all information regarding chemicals and how and who to use, all chemicals are great that I have purchased so far.

Such a fantastic company
Such a fantastic company! I always support smaller local companies when I can and this one is a great example of why. Friendly, efficient and polite throughout. Offered a very fast appointment slot, got the job done really quickly and left everything sparkling clean. Also offered lots of friendly advise about how to keep the maintenence of my hot tub nice and simple and although they do sell all the products I would need, it never felt like a hard sell - just great useful advise. Would recommend them to anyone and will use again. Thanks Chris

Excellent company to work with from start to finish, helped get our hot tub fixed and back up and running again. Also supplied all the chemicals needed and plenty of advice on how to use them! Highly recommended.
