I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I ordered a part and cancelled the order only 14 minutes later because I found the same part elsewhere. I was told that the order had already been processed and that I would now be charged a stocking fee once I receive the part, despite the fact that I attempted to cancel the order just 14 minutes after placing it.

I understand that orders may be processed quickly, but charging a stocking fee under these circumstances feels unreasonable and unfair. There should be a reasonable cancellation window, especially when the customer makes the request almost immediately after placing the order.

This experience has been very frustrating and has significantly affected my confidence in ordering from your company again. I strongly recommend reviewing your cancellation and stocking-fee policies to provide better customer service and flexibility for situations like this.

Ordered part but never received it. Tried to cancel the order but pablo ramirez said the order could not be canceled. Just like all other reviewers, was told the part was on the way. Total scam. Never use this company.

I regret ordering from this company. Before placing my order, I called to confirm that the part listed as “in stock” was actually available. I was told to order with confidence and assured that my order would ship the same day or, at the latest, the following day. Unfortunately, that did not happen.

It appears to be a one-person operation, as the same person answers the phone every time I call.

I order a part even with the image of the part and they sent me the wrong part then I contacted them in response of what they sent me , they said it will be sent to be evaluated upon my order and no contact from them , worst service even do not order from them unless you want bad service and wrong parts

Ordered part then found out it wouldn't get to me until 2 weeks. When ordered the part it said it was in stock. i called to cancel order and the next morning I get a text saying it was on its way with tracking number. Then got email saying issue was closed. Cancelation for part wasn't approved because they say part is there. Checked tracking number with usps and they said they were waiting to pick it up. The shipping label was purchased yesterday. u called three times and got no response. The company says item was shipped but usps doesnt have it. Also lied to about date of delivery dayebod August 11th thru the 14th. Spoke to s a sales person said it was on back order. They said the aort wouldn't be delivered to the warehouse till the 27th. Don't deal with these people bad rep bad reviews

I ordered two planer belts listed as ready to ship on their website on July 26th. On August 10th, checking status, their tracking tool reported that last action was to take the order 7/26. Calling I was told I was 12th in the queue and if I preferred I would not lose my place in the queue and they would call me back. They never did. (Interestingly, the answering machine on the line corresponding with their number on their website, is a lawn mower repair service...) I attempted to cancel my order following the procedure they specified but their bot simply stopped functioning after the 2nd query. I sent them an email insisting they cancel my order and refund my money withing 48 hours or I would use my credit card company to recover my money. My experience mirrors the majority of others; this is a scam operation that promises way more than it delivers. Stay away!

Charged immediately for product yet product not shipped or received in a timely fashion. Attempt to cancel order after 3 weeks of waiting & was informed it couldn't be cancelled or money refunded since it was in process. No time indicated of when my order would be available to ship. Terrible communication, terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY from hhis company!!!

Do not order from this company, item in stock. Ordered it I keep calling and two days already it says shipped but ups has not received it because the company didn’t take it to ups. Over ten days already waiting, bad company to deal with, stay away.

I searched for parts for our Honda lawnmower. I used the tool which allows you to put in your model/serial number which told me these were the correct parts. What arrived were not correct.
They refused to take responsibility for the error and insisted I pay return shipping and a re-stocking fee even when the mistake was on their end. Go somewhere else to find your parts.
Oh, and it took about 2 weeks to get the useless prts

Buyer BEWARE - AVOID this company! Placed an order and was strung along for over a month with emails telling me they were working directly with manufacture to obtain the product they sold me. Then today I received an email telling me the order is ready to ship, but the original shipping charge was too low - they want more money! WHAT?

This company is crooked. I bought a riding mower carburetor and had to return it. I never even opened the box. My original overall cost with shipping and taxes was a total of $78.47. The total refund that I received was $49.11. The refund states that my refund included taxes and shipping. This is a lie. Their refund policy states that they have a 20% restocking fee which means that the refund total for just the item is $49.11, but the total refund should have been $66.19, not $49.11. Buyer beware. This illegal.

Total scam company. Ordered a part listed for 17.99. It took 20 days and an email to finally get a response to see where my part was. They responded with... "We’re unable to supply the part at $17.99 per unit, and the new price is $120.71 per unit. To proceed, we’ll need to receive the balance of $205.44." They still have it listed on the site for 17.99. Never do business with them.

Waited 2 months for my part , sent emails , no reply , called endless wait. Had to file a claim with Paypal. Sent refund immediately but for 50% . It's only $7 so screw it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

I ordered a seal for a customer. After waiting and waiting i looked the order up. Order statis was not shipped. In turn i got on there chat to tell them to just cancel it. I was told it already shipped. This place is a joke. I will never order anything again.

Same experience as all the other reviews. Website shows the item is in stock. Then when you email asking about your order it is out of stock and will be available in 2 weeks 2 weeks later it still isn't available. They just want to string you along, After the 2 weeks I emailed them and got no reply for a full week before contacting my bank for a chargeback. Horrible business just avoid them!

Ordered my part, a carb jet on 4/21 and now it's 5/4. I called and after 30 min on hold they said part coming in today. Two weeks!!!! No notification from the company about back order. Honea has this part in stock. Horrible customer service.

Item as advertised. Great communication. Best price I found for my trimmer part. Shipping was 5-6 days longer than most. Item arrived packaged well and in good shape.
