Was looking for great jams
Wonderful site and prompt delivery of jams. Have only tried Very Very Berry jam but it is delicious. Look forward to trying the others as well. Beautifully packaged and arrived in excellent condition, with a lovely personal note.

Excellent service, beautiful products. I had an issue with the delivery service, and Dianne called me straight away to sort it out. The delivery arrived very quickly and the products are beautiful. I purchased for gifts but am keeping a couple.

Quality Artisan Products
I love the range of products available, they are niche, artisan and obviously selected for their quality and taste. I haven’t been disappointed in a product yet. Delivery is always prompt and well informed. I did however purchase a few items which don’t seem available anymore which is a shame. I’m hoping they will all be available in the future. Thanks for supporting small local business and bringing it to my door. 😊

amazing customer service
My order was delivered promptly - I ordered delicate items and they were packaged really well.
I also have to give special mention for the outstanding customer service - I received a call that one of the bottles was damaged when they were packing my order. They offered a replacement or refund and did their best to get the replacement to me asap as I mentioned it was for my partners birthday - they even sent a hand written note thanking me for my order and wishing my partner a happy birthday. Would definitely recommend Small Batch Providore to others!
