Smart features make this a truly smart fan
Had this smart fan for a month now, mounted on the kitchen ceiling. I really like the temperature control featured via the app, which can be set to the temperature the fan turns on/off. Both fan and lighting are economical to run. Lighting with two modes is great, warm subtle color for everyday usage, bright white is great for prepping a meal & cooking, the combination of both is great for cleaning. The app offers features that the remote doesn’t, and being able to operate from smart home systems apps simplifies operation even more.
I’m planning on purchasing another one for my office.

Installation was easy.
Installation was much easier than other ceiling fans that I have installed in the past. I liked the fact that almost all the assembly can be completed prior to hanging the fan.
The fan was easy to sinc with the remote and was is extremely quiet.
I am impressed!

This is a great company with great customer service.
This is a great company that produces quality products at great prices. The main reason for buying from SMAFAN is the wonderful customer service that not only includes prompt and courteous service but also includes standing behind their products. Smart fans work very well and look good too. These products create a good feeling of moving air around and providing illumination. I bought a second ceiling fan from these guys and am happy with both of my purchases.

Quiet, efficient and stylish
We received our 2 fans very securely packed and with all pieces and parts clearly marked. We hired an electrician to install the fans and were told that it was a very easy installation. The lights are bright and can be adjusted to meet the activity needs in the 2 rooms where they are located. The apps on our phones are wonderful so that we can turn the fans on while driving home in anticipation of a cooled home. The fans are quiet and produce a very nice flow of air without vibration or any noise whatsoever. One fan is in a bedroom and the noiseless fan makes for a comfortable sleep. Customer service was AMAZING. I cannot say enough about the quick responses I received from Customer Service. My husband and I highly recommend the company and the fans, We have a winter home and are planning on replacing fans there with the Carro smart fans. Thank you for the wonderful product and services provided by your company.

Smafan went above and beyond to make it right.
I ordered 2 fans. When they arrived the trim was 2 different colors of gold. I contacted them and they sent a new trim piece. Now I have 2 fans that match.

4 carro fans
In the last 2 months a bought 4 carro smart fans from you. All arrived fast and in perfect condition. Some delays in construction delayed my installation but I installed them myself, easy if you can work overhead standing on a ladder. Design and function of all great. Remotes a little balky at times, needs the right degree of button push. Overall very happy.
