Quality of the CBD is excellent! Decided to try the capsules instead of gummies, didn't disappoint!

Not only did I receive the orders I placed in the last 2 months, I received 2 free items for my inconvenience!! Communication took a bit. CALL THEM!!! Sydney was amazing and focused on my satisfaction. I will return as a customer and hopefully, these issues with post offices will be resolved. From 1 star to 5!! Thanks again.

I still have not received my order and no answers or responses to my follow up.

UPDATE: I have received a tracking number for my order and 2 calls that I have not answered as I did not recognize the number. When I receive my order(s), I will update again.

2 orders in the past 2 months still not received. Money has left my account the same day after each online order. Several emails and calls to rectify this. No communication. Great product. Horrible customer service.

Always produce one of the best set of products on the mark. Their dela 8 is mixed so well I don’t bother going anywhere else.

The last two orders i placed never got fulfilled and had to call to find out. When they finally sent the second order it was only half and had to call again. While customer service are helpful, each order has been a hassle. I've been trying to make an account which also has been an issue. I'll be looking for another service.

Awesome product! Only issue for me is no child protective cap. My 7yr old saw the gummies and now I'm concerned enough to put them in my safe!

UPDATE: Item arrived within 2 days of this post. I only wrote a review because I was prompted to from an email. I don't know how a Virginia tracking number ended up on my order, it must have been input incorrectly, as the business is in the same state I live in. The business also has the same address as CheapMedCards, which is where I heard of Sly Fox. Item arrived in standard tub container with a plastic secured seal around the top. I do not use these types of products often, and when I do I don't use very much, so the will likely last me a very long time. I have not used the product yet, so cannot say to it's effectiveness.

Ordered the item over a WK ago, and it hasn't even been shipped. Tracking number was provided, but it's now the 12 or 13th and the shipping service doesn't even have the item. Where is my order??

Its been 8 days since I got an email saying my product has shipped and I check the tracking every day and it’s STILL sitting in preshipment and has not left the post office to be shipped yet. It’s really annoying when you get a notification saying shipped and then over a week later it really hasn’t even been “shipped” and it’s still sitting in the same place. I can tell you one thing if this is a regular occurrence I definitely will not be buying your products again. I’ve got the worst anxiety I’ve had in years and could have really used this this week but instead I’ll be using my med card and going to the shop.

I haven't used anything other then flower but was looking for an alternative. By chance, this company was a freebie included with my medcard for the year and it was the answer I didn't know I was looking for. First off, the flavor, potency and price point are great. But then I had issues with using the product (since I'm a newb) and the helped me optimize my needs. I highly recommend trying them out.
