Do not use. If you win you can not withdraw. Based abroad and they reject the payment over and over again.

Ripped me off over 380 euros. First they said my paperwork was incorrect then they said I had gambled over 2 euro and breached the rules. Beware this site is a scam please don't sign up. Now I have 77 euros left in the account the manager is asking what are you doing with this money we refused access & withdrawal please people don't use them. Don't download they dont pay you excuse after excuse they really need closing down they don't have a licence either. Absolute rip offs. Then oliver sends emails even after warning him i don't want him emailing please please don't hand over any money

Ripped me off too £3,800 uro sent me 800 pounds after drawing 1000 euro then blocked me from returning to site fuming is a understatement

Absolute shocking of a site, so tight fisted, the rtp is a load of crap and these thieves no exactly what their doing, they are giving you little bits back in return for your deposits but what they give you back gets ripped from you by the crap rng , keep away, they will fleece you and the phone calls from your personal managers will build your hopes up of good big wins but thats just to make you deposit even more into their rip off system, what a load of bullsxxt
The withdrawal of a minimum of 150 euro is part of the scam, its way to high when the minimum deposit is only 20 euro, the deposits and withdrawals should be the same amount.
Just to add that I got 2 lots of 10 free spins from slotscharm, the 1st set of spins I won a big fat zero and the second set of spins I won a super generous 40 cent, what a total joke, I should have come here and checked the other peoples reviews 1st before signing up to this bs and how right they are about what their saying.

If could give zero stars would does not pay out uses every excuse to not pay out first documents then u can only withdraw minimum 150 although can put in 20 u gave to win over 150 to withdraw very shady site constant phone calls too avoid

Rubbish site that hates to pay out if u win.Been on this site for some time sent all documents to them got rejected re submitted,, rejected!!
Trying to get a withdrawal is impossible. Will lose my winning and take my money to a different site .

Please avoid playing on slots charm as there is definitely No charm, joined made 3 deposits and not 1 bonus. I contacted them to ask where my bonus was on live chat and I might as well be talking to the wall. If you have to choose a No e Licensed gambling site they are going to take you for all that you've got. Yes I joined up but I had a good reason to sign up as I'm now going to make sure that they are investigated.

I wish I could give a 0 star review because 1 is way too much for this scum/scam site.
I won €390 and after wagering the amount required to withdraw they took all my winnings and left me with a worthless amount of €6 that was later lost as I couldn’t even withdraw it due to it being so low.
Stay away from these scum’s

Can't withdraw. Awful site. Stay away
