I'm in complete shock with Slothunter, they won't give me my money back!!
It all started with the account verification process - there were problems right away.
As soon as I tried to withdraw my winnings, the "competent and responsive" Slothunter administration started asking me for absolutely any documents they could think of: proof of identity documents, various bank statements, even documents from my previous job and personal information about my relatives! They even sent me a test via email :) And then they went ahead and wrote that my account was about to be blocked and "you can't withdraw your winnings because you haven't provided the REQUIRED documents to prove you have finances" It's as if I'm some suspicious person from the street with no money.
P.S. Throughout our correspondence, I kept explaining to the administration that I used winnings from another casino to fund my account at their casino, but they just didn't get it.
I told them I had already sent enough documents to prove my identity and that I had sufficient funds both for playing at their casino and for covering my living expenses. Yet they kept asking for even more documents. What a load of nonsense...
The funniest part is that some of these documents I had already uploaded to the casino's website, but they didn't even bother to check them - that's the level of their customer service. It got absurd: they asked me to retake photos of my documents so that my elbow was visible, lol
They still haven't returned my money, citing the need for more and more documents, even forcing me to go to a bank where I'm no longer a client. Naturally, they didn't issue any statements, and Slothunter once again found an excuse not to transfer my winnings. And this is despite the fact that all the information regarding my identity, address, and finances is already in their hands!
I think Slothunter is just looking for excuses not to return my winnings, that's all. In another casino, they didn't require such documents from me, even though the winnings were significantly higher. Apparently, they're hoping that the user will give up on the situation and the money will stay with them.

Hier sind die Spiele nachweislich manipuliert und es gibt keine Freispiele egal bei welchen Einsatz. Sollte man gewinnen oder kurz die Chance haben wird das Spiel nachgeladen ab dann gehts bergab!!! Max Gewinnchance 1/4 vom Einsatz mehr ist hier nicht möglich!

Geduld bij een groot gewonnen bedrag is een must want ze proberen van alles om het je moeilijk te maken
Ook hier veel problemen met verificatie toen ik een hoog bedrag won. Ze moesten alles van me weten en elke keer kwamen ze met wat nieuws aan. Maarrr uiteindelijk wel geverifieerd en kon ik de uitbetaling doen.
Ook mijn tip om niet met bonus te spelen omdat hier teveel haken en ogen aan zitten.
Al met al dus wel een goede ervaring maar toch raadt ik dit casino niet direct aan.

Although I had some issues with the withdrawal, the support team quickly resolved them.
After a short waiting time I received my winnings(500$).
It was only a small deposit of 35$, but the RTP in the games met me surprisingly very vell. Glad I was able to win and withdraw without any questions asked.
