Crazy service!
I placed an order with Slimwalletjunkie for fathers day for a Secrid wallet. I received a PayPal receipt but nothing from SWJ apart from an txt message seeming to come from a US number (+1 323 ...) No one answering to email;, chat nor phone calls. I assume they have gone out of business and chasing PayPal for refund.

Missing Item on order and horrible customer service
order a wallet and money band on Monday 21st June 2021 and parcel came 23rd June but had missed my money band got in contact with them trough live chat and was told my money band would be sent out next day priority and its now Monday 28th June and still haven't received my money band or been contacted by the company left phone call/emails/text and messages on social media accounts and still no reply with a tracking number for my money band! its a real shame because the products are top quality but the customer service is shocking no phone number sames to work!!

Excellent wallet for a chap or…
Excellent wallet for a chap or chappette to use as an everyday carry, it holds coins, paper currency, receipt s , a spare mask, and my cards! Really good to keep these items in one place where I know where they are! A little bulky, but a solid and secure wallet, and worth the money. Should even look better as it wears in! Thank you.

I was shown the Secrid Slim Wallet by a friend and ordered it through Slim Wallet Junkie. As it happened I ordered the wrong one and contacted the company and they revised my order for me and sent the wallet out next day delivery. It arrived as promised and my partner was so impressed with it that we ordered another. We are both delighted with the quality and functionality of these wallets.
