Watch out - orders to KSA
I have ordered a wallet to KSA, I was supposed to receive it (5 to10 days) after Dec 25.
I was following up with courier tracking number with no use. Then I have sent an email to the company with no answer, today I have sent another email and I got the following reply: "Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it."
so should leave to this and accept this as a result?!!!

Great personalised service
There was a problem with the French postal service and they sent my wallet back to Slim Wallet Junkie. When I asked if it could be posted again I got great personalised service. It's on the way direct to my home no questions asked. Big thumbs up!

This is an excellent wallet but the…fabric frays
This is an excellent wallet but the fabric around the edges wears quickly. I do not know if it is differing fabrics they use will have different strengths/weaknesses.

Great products, but very poor communication
The wallet I purchased was great, great quality and the extra branding loos good.
But the communication with slimWalletJunkie was very bad. I had to contact them for two occasions- the first time to ask about a small change in the order and the second one to ask about a tracking number, because I did not get any and my purchase was delayed a lot (more than a month). I wrote to the email address in the contacts, but I never got an answer. Neither to my first question, nor to my second.
Next time, I’ll order from another side, on which these products are available

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. I have emailed them few times asking about the order that I haven’t received, because of a mistake on the delivery address. They have received the parcel back, but since then I have not been informed about when I will be getting the order sent back to me to the correct address.

We're sorry you feel this way. As you know, you provided the wrong address meaning the parcel was sent to someone else. We went through the steps of tracking it down, getting it back and sending it out to you at the correct address, all free of charge.
Granted, it took a little longer than we would like, but was right in the middle of our busiest season of the year. We're sorry you view this as a 1-star experience, but hopefully we get the chance to impress you more with future orders.

I ordered a wallet for my husband for hes birthday however after few months the wallet broke, i have been trying to contact them ever since and have had no reply. Emailed the few times and left a message. I paid £90 for hes wallet, it was cheap!! I wish they could contact me and resolver this!
