I'm only at the beginning of my detox so whilst I can't comment on the outcome - the food is excellent. I was really worried that it would feel like a fad, crash diet which I'm very against. You do have to measure your main foods but for lunch I have just had mushrooms and blackbeans cooked with Mexican spices. Then I've eaten that wrapped in lettuce wraps with cucumber, red onion and sriracha. I'm stuffed!

Ordered my 43 day detox but haven’t received it yet, very excited to start.

I started on the detox program to lose weight. I did lose 10kg but got so much more from Slim By Nature products than just weight loss. I’m feeling healthier, more clear headed and my mood is better. I also started wearing the Inner Goodness patches. I am so excited to have ankles again after having “kankles” for decades. No more excess fluid in my legs and ankles. The Vegan Formula Z has also been a winner for me. Having been a chronic insomniac ever since I can remember, waking up three times a night and not being able to get back to sleep for hours, I am now asleep 20 minutes after I drink the Formula Z and do not wake up until my alarm goes off in the morning. The benefits Slim By Nature has had on my health have been amazing!

I started my first detox in October 2021, at the beginning I thought it will be very difficult to follow but everyday was easier and easier. And I started to see results in the first week, i finished before I was supposed to because of the Christmas and New Year holidays but I lost 10 kg!! 10kg that i have been trying to loose for the past 5 years, I lost them in less than 45 days. I definitely recommend this program. It teaches you what it’s good for you and what it’s not and you loose weight on the side. I’m ready for my second detox in 2022.

I think your postage costs are very high for a small pack of patches. Also the time it takes to process orders and to receive is definitely longer than anyone else delivering in Australia.
