I purchased credit on Slick as I was moving to Japan for 12 months. From the very start there were connectivity and usage problems that were never resolved and after shocking customer service over 2 days and dealing with multiple agents I was told that my fault had been fixed and they could not help any further and do not give refunds! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They are not open. the company will only allow you to send topup to relatives once within 24hrs. they will block your account from sending it, yet encourage you to use your credit card to fill up your account.
I still have £5 with them, and they refused to refund it.
I will not encourage you to use this app.
Bad service and network. This network keeps cutting off within a minute after call wasting your funds. Requested a balance refund obviously to no avail.
Do not use this service is a scam I ordered an esim and paid via Paypal, I got a receipt from Paypal but no email or instructions from Slick - contacted support via chat but they had no idea what to do and couldn't help over a 7 hour period - I then emailed support and no response at all - keep in mind I have an iphone 13 and using other services is simple and hassle free - issues happen I know but Slick have zero support at all I still have no confirmation email from them or anyway of activating the esim - must be a scam
Got scammed. I top up and cannot make a single call. Not even the free customer service.
This is a scam and has been reported to Police Action fraud as it has ALL the hallmarks of criminal activity.
I don’t think this app is cost friendly as claimed at 97p/min when Tesco Intl app is giving 11p/min. It’s a NO for me.
Sent me unsolicited text message saying I should download their app. I did and the app is crap. Please avoid like mad.
Wasted around an hour with 3 different support staff kept telling me everything is fixed while I have $18.00 on account and there Crap APP DOESN'T WORK WHEN NEEDED?
ASKING FOR FULL REFUND BUT NO RESULTS. Just trying to tell my wife happy Anniversary. Luckily no other emergency.

My concern is not whether the company is legit or not. I received their first message in November. I cannot understand where they got my number from and how they got to know the international countries I call as stated in their messages.
My fellow Africans I know we are always the victims to such scamming activities and I want everyone to be alert on this slickcall and their scam, never put your card on their site, you will never get what you paid for and if you have done so call your bank to cancel and send you a new card else they will scam your card, I am a victim and I don't my people to fall in the trap.
Dont use this ap. Its unreliable and will work 30 percent of the time. The rest of the time it just disconnects or just doesnt connect at all.
Slickcall is an amazing app. The voice quality is crystal-clear and the app is quite user-friendly.
