If I could give a negative rating I would. I have used Slice twice now. Both times, at least an hour later than the time they said for delivery and the pizza was so cold we don’t eat it.

This app is a joke. Do not order from this site. Order over 25 minutes late. I called to cancel the order and they would not help one rep hung up and the next didn’t care.

Waited 2+ hours to get ice cold, bland food that was going to "arrive in 5 to 10 minutes", in reality 45+ minutes later. Customer support was useless and gave a vague apology and just left the chat. Don't bother, use a reliable app.

I’ve been using Slice for a while now and it’s honestly a great platform. It makes ordering from independent pizza shops really easy, and I love knowing my money is going straight to local businesses rather than big chains. The app is straightforward, orders are smooth, and the pizza quality has always been spot on.

I ordered a variety of pizza, pastas, salads and garlic breads from rays pizza. It was all delicious! My order was placed thru Slice, everything was perfect. I ordered ahead for pick up later which was very convenient!

So far, haven't had any problems. And I tend to look for them...lol. That being said, I haven't had to deal with customer service yet. Probably a good thing, I suppose. We shall see... For now... It's a 5 for the pizza places, alone. Once I inevitably have to deal with their customer service, I'll update this rating. So far, would recommend.... So far.

I decided to use Slice instead of just calling my local pizzeria. The UI told me the pizza was ready. When I went to pick it up, they hadn't received the order yet. They told me not to bother with Slice, which charges a fee, and to just call the pizzeria directly. Annoying, especially since I'm sick and it's very cold out.

Ordering online was user friendly. Excellent communication from staff regarding order. Fast delivery. The pizza was fabulous and the price was great. We got the veggie pizza and the flavors were outstanding. This is where we will now get our pizza.

Using the slice app is great The customer service I received was great also I was able to get a refund from slice after my order from slice garden was completely wrong and to be honest the worst pizza I have gotten from Slice Garden. We have been a customer since they were Salamones in University Place and the pizza I received was nothing like the Salamones recipe. When Slice garden first opened it was the same now they are using cheap ingredients the cheese is tasteless the sauce was non existent and definitely not the same quality toppings. I will make the drive to the Stadium District Salamones in the future. I hate to see this local business fail but I can no longer support them. Again the Slice App is great the Slice Garden customer service was not.

45 minutes late! Resulting in cold pizza and wings, seems order was ready at 5.17pm for pick up and arrived 6.05pm and we are 2 miles from the restaurant! I asked the driver for a reason and he said something about an order mix up however he had minimal English and was difficult to understand. A waste of $45.

Customer service rep Rosie Q was excellent and did all she could to help resolve the issue she deserves 5 stars...the delivery driver was terrible took almost 2hrs to deliver a pizza 10min away cause he made multiple stops needless to say the pizza was inedible definitely will order from slice again but will just pick my own food up because there is no regulation on the drivers

Had an issue with my pizza spot that left me without part of my order. I ordered online for pickup. They were busy, and forgot to give me part of my order, honest mistake. I didn’t realize until I left and I didn’t want to go back. I called the pizza shop and they said they couldn’t refund it, that I’d have to go through Slice. I was a little annoyed and my expectations were low; I was either gonna make the trek back or say screw it. But the owner assured me it would be easy to deal with Slice. What a breeze! Couple of texts and the refund was completed. Very happy with my experience.

Order was to be delivered by 630pm. Wasnt delivered till 7pm. Not acceptable. Live 5minutes from the pizzaria. Not gonna order from there fpr alomg while.

I ordered a pizza from Low Brow for the first time after getting the app, and when I went out to my car to go pick up my pizza, it was totally dead with no way to quickly get it recharged. So I called Low Brow right away to cancel the order, and she kindly said she would look into getting my money refunded that I had paid through Slice. Thankfully, she was able to do that and I also received a kind confirming message from Slice to that effect, so I was very thankful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m done with this service. 60-90 minute delivery times when the restaurant says 30-40 or less. I have tracked my deliveries and even contacted the restaurants who confirmed my order sat for over 20 minutes at least. Have NEVER gotten hot or even warm food with their delivery. I’ve learned my lesson. You get what you pay for with “discount” delivery and they disappoint EVERY TIME. Be warned. Pay an extra few bucks and just Door Dash if you need delivery. They SUCK

Extremely disappointed with Slice Delivery. After placing my order, I was never notified that there was no driver available. Instead, my food was prepared and left sitting at the restaurant getting cold while Slice waited—without any alert, update, or option for me to cancel.
When I contacted customer service, I was told they would not refund the service fee already charged to my card, even though the delivery failure was entirely on their end. What made this worse was being told that the fee would be “donated to local pizzerias” without my consent. That is not an acceptable substitute for a refund, nor should a company decide how to use a customer’s money after failing to provide the service.
Lack of communication, cold food, and refusal to refund fees for a service that wasn’t delivered properly is unacceptable. Supporting local businesses should not come at the expense of transparency or basic customer service. I will not be using Slice again.
