They knowingly sent me the wrong items, and are being a pain attempting to return.
They are attempting to coerce me to keep the items by threatening the return shipping and duties.

Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this company!

Designs are nothing like described or photos. DO NOT BUY

The sleep wear Scandinavian robe was very poor quality. The sleeves were down past my knees, and looked like an oversized burlap bag. The process and cost to return is not worth the risk of them not providing a refund. Our dog has a new chew tow.

Purchased a long linen Kaftan . It doesn’t match the item I ordered from the website and is identical in pattern to the previous garment - a very nice golden brocade along the sleeves - not what I wanted but actually very nice .
Looks good .
They do need to get their items accurate if they’re going to sell these items which are reasonable but not resembling what they’re purporting to sell . The material is very likely from India or Pakistan and linen clothes are reasonable quality if you like the texture it has .

If you buy from this company chances are you won’t get what you ordered . The product you do get may be compensation enough albeit an expensive item

8 months later and I still haven’t received my items they just ripped me off for $200

Appalling quality and not cheap either! Horrific printed polyester T-shirts, in no way fits description on website. No knitted or linen fabric in sight!! Avoid at all costs

I was sent the wrong items. It took forever to come ( over three weeks). They are not linen. They are cheap printed polyester. When I tried to cancel i was told there was a 30%stocking fee, plus I have to pay shipping.

They sent me one item that was not my selection and one item was the wrong size. They would not replace and additionally wanted me to pay shipping for the wrong item to be returned and once returned expected me to pay shipping on the replacement item. Also the thick well crafted items in the photos were crude poorly made reproductions of items pictured. Save your money and buy from a reputable store that honors returns and sells the actual items pictured.

Even if their Politic Return says there are no return fees, they charge you $18 more to send you another item of the same style. Sleepwearinc think we are stupid.

SKU: EO24101108-Black-2XL which has 4 dragon emblems on it. The Plus Size Ethnic Printed Men's Wool Cardigan sent to me had no dragons but was just plain black. The Viking Plus Size Knit Hoodie For Men designed emblem in no way matches the one I chose. It also took more than 5 weeks to be delivered after multiple requests for delivery updates. They then offered only 18 dollars for 88.98 US dollars which in my Canadian funds is nearly 120.00 dollars. I have also asked for their return address 2 times and still have not received it.

Totally disgusted with this.

If i could give less than 1 star i would. This company is a scam! After 6 weeks they offered me my money back with a 20% penalty because they could not fill my order.

Ordered an item from this company to use as part of a costume. As the website looks American and the prices were in US dollars I placed the order to arrive when I had a friend staying in the US to reduce shipping and speed up delivery. A week after placing the order I contacted them as I hadn't heard anything, they told me the order was out of stock and was at the factory and could I wait. My friend was only in the US for another week so I said if it couldn't arrive by the 5th September then no. They asked me to wait again but this wasn't possible so as per their websites terms and conditions I asked them to cancel the order, miraculously the next day my item was shipped. I emailed immediately and asked what was going on to just get a fob off email and that a refund cant be made after shipping, as such I told them I would contact my bank and arrange a chargeback. It turned out the company is actually in China, it took almost of week of travelling for the item to even leave China. My deadline of the 5th turned into it arriving in America on the 12th, days after my friend had left. and with no way to access the item.

They tried to contest the chargeback saying the item had been delivered and not returned, luckily as I had all the emails and evidence to show I had cancelled the item before dispatch the bank sided with me so I wasn't out of pocket but I will never use this company ever again.

6 months ago I ordered 2 items as a gift. Never been dispatched, never answered any emails. When started a dispute via paypal, they contacted me asking to drop it, and I answered that I will the second they are emailing me proof of dispatch. Never heard back, and I got my money back, thanks to Paypal!
Today I got a marketing email from them with offers. Can not believe that they are still in business scamming people!

Nothing from the company when I tried to email them. Then tried to cancel my order, still no response or refund. Company seems to be a scam.

Ordered two items, never shipped for two months. Had to get into an e-mail conflict with their customer service department. Took another month to ship. Received my items nearly a full 90 days later. Both items are genuinely costume quality, one is likely a repurposed bath robe. Neither item looked like what was pictured. Probably $20 worth of clothing for $45 a piece. Cost, value, and time wasted. Never buy anything from them.

Ordered in the beginning of May as a birthday gift, Supposedly received in August 15. Not received though. Unable to get any valid responses, just auto responses with tracking number... I am soooooooo disappointed
