Sleepstake support team were absolutely terrific. Unfortunately the pillow was not for me but the team responded to my email super quick and advised a refund was coming to my account, and I did not need to return pillow. I will be donating it to a charity. The customer service I received was well above what I expected. Thank you.

I bought a sleep sake pillow to help me with neck pain and paraesthesia when sleeping. Unfortunately it didn't help. But I'm giving this company 5 stars for their outstanding customer service, they honoured the 100 night refund and I wasn't required to send pillow back, but instead suggested to give to someone else who might benefit. Thank you sleep sake!

I just wanted to send a huge thank you for your amazing Butterfly Pillow. It has honestly made such a difference to my sleep and has massively improved the neck and shoulder pain I was experiencing.
Before using the pillow, I would often wake throughout the night in pain, constantly pressing and trying to relieve the discomfort in my neck and shoulder. Some mornings I would even wake up with headaches. Since using the Butterfly Pillow, I’m sleeping so much better throughout the night and waking up feeling far more comfortable.
I genuinely can’t thank you enough. It has made such a positive difference to my sleep and overall comfort, and I’m so grateful I found it. Thank you for creating such an amazing product!

Unfortunately for me me,the pillow wasn't a good fit as I have scarring from brain surgery and it wasn't comfortable for me,but it is an amazing pillow and company.
I emailed Ali and she responded straight away and refunded the amount.
Supporting an Australian company is so important and this product is really great.

The communication is great, I sent through a query but also requested a call back a couple of times and both times I received a call to be able to discuss any concerns I had, especially around using the pillow correctly given we are all different. It gave me great confidence that they care about their customers and feedback and would definitely recommend. The quality was also of a high standard

I can’t talk high enough about my experience with this amazing company! Good old customer service! Speedy replies on all my many enquiries, polite, informative and understanding. Their product is great quality which unfortunately didn’t suit my silly neck but can see it would definitely help the majority.. credit to the wonderful support team..

The pillow I ordered arrived very promptly and looked and felt fantastic. Pillows are such a personal fit and unfortunately this was not the right fit for me. I contacted customer service and the response I received was nothing short of brilliant. They were so understanding and helpful. I was able to get a refund and keep the pillow which I will re-gift. What a great company. Wow!

My experience with this company was amazing. The pillow was lovely and soft but unfortunately did not suit my way of sleeping . they immediately gave me a full refund and to my astonishment they said I could keep the pillow.

Sleepsake have been fantastic to deal with from order to end.
Their policy for 100day return is legit and their customer service has been great, they had to back order when I placed my order and communicated clearly with timelines and what to expect, the pillow hasn’t work in my favour due to being a broad frame but they arranged a refund quickly and easily and have been fantastic.
I would buy from them again, I wish all companies were so easy to deal with.

The customer service I received was great even though the pillow wasn't quiet right for me. The return process was so effortless and the customer service team responded immediately and with the best service I've had in a while! Other companies should take note!

I recently purchased a pillow from Sleepsake,while it wasn't fit for me personally, I was impressed with their customer service.They response promptly to my concerns, processed my refund quickly. Although the pillow didn't suits my needs , I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sleepsake based on excellent support I received.

I bought 2 butterfly pillows and 2sets of pillowcases - after trying them for 3 weeks neither myself nor my husband had a successful or pain free nights sleep for quite a variety of reasons! I got in touch with Sleepsake by email and within the day I received a response - a full refund of all items purchased & no need to return pillows or pillowcases - refund appeared in my account same day! Sleepsake were very understanding of our situation and reasons for requesting a refund - they only asked that we pass the pillows onto anyone who may benefit from using a butterfly pillow!

I have tried many pillows during the last few years because of neck pain and comfortably sleeping with a CPAP machine. The Sleepsake Pillow is brilliant! Actually have been waking up with no neck pain - it is so supportive of my neck and my CPAP machine.

I reached out to support at Sleepsake and they responded quickly and as advertised. Unfortunately the pillow didn't work for me, and after investigating the issues with me refunded the cost the same day. No fuss, no hurdles, just supportive and helpful.

This is genuine feedback - not AI. Customer service and support provided by Sleepsake has been outstanding. Although the pillow didn't work for my particular circumstances, I have no doubt it would be amazing for those who are side sleepers and looking for relief (and a good nights sleep). The team were very helpful in making recommendations for my needs and very responsive when I needed to return the pillow. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great customer service. Great product. We love our Sleepsake pillows. It took no time at all to become comfortable with them. As well as giving my neck comfort, my lower back is also much improved. After spending a small fortune on mattresses, it seems all I needed was a Sleepsake pillow!

I want to rave about this amazing product; so far, I have ordered 7 of the sleepsake pillows. It's a personal choice and I don't want to influence anyone but for me these pillows have actually made to look forward to sleeping.

They say it takes 1 week to adjust to the new pillow, for me it was 1 night. I was struggling with shoulder pain for last three years and it worked like magic for me. I sleep better and I recently noticed my nose doesn't get blocked in the night anymore and I don't wake up coughing. My only problem is now I travel frequently and how will I fit this in my bag. hint hint...

Unfortunately, the pillow didn't work for me but I also have a lot of other issues involved in this. My experience with customer service was fantastic and can not fault my experience and help given.
