Excellent shopping experience. My salesperson, Nicolle, was very knowledgeable, patient, personable, and answered all of my questions. I believe the pricing was competitive. I am looking forward to receiving my new mattress and adjustable bed frame. Thank you for everything!
We spent $2950
We spent $2950, bought 2 twins, 1 queen and 1 full size and 1 box spring (at $150). I was so disappointed when we put our metal bed together and found out no box spring was needed. The store would not let me return the box spring. So at this point, guess I will send the box spring to the landfill, so far no one I know needs it. They say that will take a used mattress back but not a box spring that has never been used or slept on. They advertise customer satisfaction, but I am not satisfied. It just seems greedy on the stores parts. It may have been my fault for ordering a box spring I didn't need but after spending $3000, you would think they would let me return a $150 item. I will go elsewhere next time around.

I purchased this product by calling the toll free number and purchasing over the phone.
Customer Service Review:
When I inquired about having my old mattress taken away the representative stated that if I purchased a mattress protector for $30 dollars it would protect my warranty and include the cost of mattress disposal. When my mattress was delivered the drivers would not remove the old mattress and when I called the customer service representative he conveniently forgot about our conversation regarding the mattress protector purchase and basically told me I was out of luck. The customer service representative actually went so far as to tell me to drop it off at a private dumpster.
This is the last email I received regarding mattress disposal:
Michell,
Unfortunately, it would have to be picked up with a delivery. You would be able to drop it off at a dumpster, if you know of one near you, but we wouldn't be able to dispose of it. Again, this was my error, and I do apologize for the inconvenience and confusion.
My take:
Apologies and excuses are for little kids. Not grown adults and they definitely have no place in a business transaction. The absolute least Mattress Firm could have done is offered me a refund on the $30 dollar mattress protector that is actually worth about $2.
Mattress Review:
Mattress was delivered on April 17th. Today is April 24th. I've had the mattress for one week and there is already a large sag in the mattress. When I contacted customer support i was told the following. This is a cut and pasted email response. And remember, this is after having the product for 7 days!

We do not offer a return. You would either need to file a warranty claim for the sinking, or execute a Comfort Exchange after 30 days of having the mattress. Those would be your only two options with the mattress.
My take: Stay away from this place.

Highly recommend! Lenny and Dom assisted me in purchasing my mattress the day I went in there and thought I knew what I wanted but walked out with a hybrid that is fabulous! The price was affordable and I couldn't wait to get my mattress. Delivery day came and received call the day before and day of. Mattress actually arrived a bit early but that was even better. The delivery guys were courteous and friendly. Can't speak highly enough about my experience with Mattress Warehouse of Camden, DE. I hope my new mattress has me sleeping like a baby! Thank you!

I was told by staff that i can exchange my mattress after a 30 days period for any reason if i'm not happy with the mattress and i only have to pay for the shipping costs. went back to exchange my mattress after 30 days only to find out that they don't honor prices from last month when i purchased the mattress. The mattress that i was interested in is now cost $350 more than the last month price!? whose fault is that i could not exchange my mattress last month and have to wait 30 days to exchange it !! you would think they would honor last month prices !!
The answer is " NO ". I had to pay another $350 to be able to exchange my mattress plus shipping and recovery charges !! Plus they said i can only exchange with the same brand !! They make it very difficult for you to be able to exchange. I walked out and would never go back !! That's not the right way to do business. If you planing to get your mattress from them , make sure you get the right mattress first time or you will regret it later !!

Feeling mislead and lied to
Purchased a nectar mattress from mattress warehouse and was told nectar would guarantee the sleep comfort of the mattress. Nectar said that was a lie and could not honor their comfort guarantee on a mattress sold by a retailer. What was the most frustrating as that mattress warehouse would not honor what their salesmen told us. Now I am stuck with purchasing a replacement + extra delivery fee + disposal fee. I will not shop a mattress warehouse again. I am tired of being mislead by Mattress Warehouse then by Nectar not honoring their comfort guarantee.

1 star for Bob at Waretown NJ store, who showed great customer service skills on the surface. But he responded in a truly unprofessional manner when we had an issue with our box spring purchase. He showed his true colors, after making a purchase there, he did not want to be bothered with us when we had to switch out the box spring. You should consider finding a more genuine mattress professional for your purchase, and not Bob who is a salesman who is clearly out just for the sales and the commission. He was high pressure with his pricing to buy on the spot. It’s not a good feeling when a salesman like Bob doesn’t continue providing great customer service that you deserve after the delivery of your mattress is over. Mattress Warehouse should be aware, we discovered other customers agreed and did not make a purchase there. Wish we went to Mattress Firm or somewhere else instead.
3 stars for the great price we were given on our mattress and free pillows.

Do not buy a mattress from this business, they are liars.
I purchased a Serta mattress from them. It wore out in one year. They sent a inspector out. The inspector had on sandals and shorts, now this is during Covid 19, he did not have on any sleeves nor gloves on his hands, he did wear a mask. He put his bear hands all over the mattress. Then the write up the report for I have defaulted the warranty. How can anyone wear a mattress out in one year. He said it was the box springs, well I turned it in to the BBB, then they tried to send a letter stating that they would give me another mattress. I told them that after the way that I had been treated, I would never buy another mattress from their store. I wanted a complete refund of $1099. I will not purchase another mattress from them. They have not responded back yet. My next move is taking them to court and exposing their way of doing business. It is not right to have to go through this, WHEN they had no trouble receiving their money. A person should have the right to purchase elsewhere, WHEN they have been treated as such as I. My husband and I are both Senior Citizens and on Medicare and africians America. We feel VIOLATED and mistreated.

Have never experienced anything like this before. Store Salesman was a very nice young man who apologized many times over but there is no excuse for this poor delivery service.

Received my bed in a perfect condition, the price was good too. I had to wait because it was ordered from the supplier so that delayed. However Quinton from the Cape town store constantly called to update me, until the bed was delivered.

My husband and I made an appointment at our local mattress warehouse in Camden, Delaware. Our customer service person was Tim. He was fabulous. Tim talked with us like the next door neighbor. He explained in-depth the build of each product we were interested in so we were able to make an informed choice. Our delivery was quickly scheduled and as I type is ahead of schedule. "SWEET"!! I will certainly return to Mattress Warehouse and recommend to my friends and family.
