I ordered this product and then it was not delivered as promised. I wrote to the company and they said they had no record of my purchase and that I must have purchase from fraudulent website. I sent them a screen shot of my order and then they apologized and said it would be coming soon. Still I did not receive it and so I wrote a complaint to the shipping company which must have contacted them because I then received it and another apology a few weeks later. When I finally received the product (after 2 months) it did not function properly. It is suppose to intermittently apply a small current transdermal to the area of the patch which ,in theory is suppose to strengthen the muscles and make it so the tongue does not fall back into the throat at night. Really this product is no more than a mini TENS machine that is applied under the chin. It is not FDA approved for snoring or sleep apnea as stated in advertising. I actually don't believe it could produce enough current to effect the tongue muscle at all. Do not buy this product! I have written to this company for a response, but I am not confident that I will receive one.

Jaw swelling and NO REFUND!!! They sent one email stating to try it again at lower setting. This option was tried and FAILED. They did not send any info on returning or obtaining a refund. This was at end of June, and it is now September with ZERO replies.

Severe allergic reaction and completely unhelpful customer support

I purchased SleepEase Pro and the patches (Order #146011) expecting a helpful product, but instead experienced a severe allergic reaction on my neck.

Product Issue: The patch caused a painful rash and swelling that required prescription steroid treatment. Even after completing the medication, the rash returned swollen, red, and itchy.

Customer Support: I emailed support on July 28 to request a return and refund due to the reaction. Their only response (July 29) was advising me to wait for the rash to heal and try using Flonase under the patch before using it again.

No Resolution: Advising a customer to reuse a product that caused an allergic reaction is unsafe. Despite sending seven follow-up emails requesting a return label and refund, SleepEase has ignored all communication.

I have had to file a payment dispute to recover my funds. I strongly advise caution to anyone considering this product, especially those with sensitive skin

My snoring was horrible and my entire family was complaining about how loud I was. I tried everything and nothing worked until Sleepease. After a month my snoring was quieter and tolerable. It has drastically reduced and I have another 2 months left. Definitely works!

I am formally requesting a full refund for my SleepEase Pro order under your advertised 100-day money-back guarantee.

I initially used the product for approximately one week but had to discontinue use because it caused significant irritation and damage to the skin beneath my chin. I attempted to use the product again approximately one week later, but had to stop after that first attempt because the reaction returned.

I previously contacted you on July 31, 2026, and provided photographs documenting the condition of my chin, including the skin damage and serous fluid draining from the affected area. I did not receive a response.

Because I had received no response after two weeks, I contacted you again on August 11, 2026, and again requested a refund. I have still received no response.

I am therefore requesting that you:

Confirm receipt of this email.
Provide me with the instructions/address for returning the product, if a return is required.
Confirm that my full purchase price will be refunded under your 100-day money-back guarantee.
Please respond within 5 business days of this email.

I have retained copies of my previous correspondence, photographs documenting the reaction, my order information, and the product itself.

If I do not receive a response within that time, I will proceed with the appropriate consumer-protection and payment-dispute channels, including contacting my payment provider and filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission. I will also document my experience on applicable consumer-review platforms.

I would prefer to resolve this directly with SleepEase and receive the refund without further escalation.

Please confirm receipt and advise me of the next steps.

UPDATE: Sept 10 I NEVER received any communication from the company about my complaint. My bank did credit me back the full purchase price for the device!!

This product is a total waste of money and the company does not respond to returns. They tell you to wear it for 90 days before they will refund your money and after the 90 days, its like they don't exist anymore. Do yourself a favor and look for another product. TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered their Sleep ease Pro to prevent snoring and Sleep Apnea. The product took a long time to arrive.
(1month).
I liked the product and almost immediately felt better breathing at night.
The product worked only 4 nights.
Then the device no longer worked.
I have repeatedly tried to contact them for help. They answered 1x with a question and I have not heard from them again. I have contacted them 4x now.
