I don’t know why everyone says it’s a scam, it’s not.
I got everything on time and the quality is insanely good. Shipping was very easy too.

The robbed me . Id never buy again . Ordered a powerbank and never came , i asked for a refund and it should be here any time now . Waiting for 6 months

I got the ghastly humidifier, and because of the awful delivery system here it got damaged. Customer service made sure i got an other, probably paid by the post service. But the process was great, and now i got an amazing smoking ghastly. Would recommend

You can’t actually talk to anyone, just bot responses emails go no where and there is no customer services.

Ordered on the 10th December for Christmas, website says 7 days to the UK, appears to a scam, won't hold my breath on the quality as other reviews here seem to point out it's rubbish.

I placed an order on the 10th December for a Christmas present. I did not receive tracking information for the parcel until the 13th December, where it states it is being dispatched from China. On the website, it promises delivery to the UK within 3-5 business days. The tracking did not update until the 20th December. It is now the 23rd December and the order is still in China waiting to be dispatched. If I knew in the first place it was going to be coming from China then I wouldn’t have ordered. It is impossible to cancel the order and from looking at other reviews, it looks like a refund is just as hard to get.

Just placed an order here and on shopify it says the order has been delivered on the 3rd of December when it was placed on the 21st? And now it says it on its way from China CNE?

Watch out scam company don’t buy from here!!! Ordered for Christmas present 3 weeks ago and whilst it says on the website it’s on its way with a tracking number they don’t say who’s shipping to track it with and there is no link with the tracking. All it says it’s on its way. Tried contacting them on face book on their email and absolutely nothing back. Putting fraud claim on my credit card feel like I’ve been scammed.

I purchased a 3d pokemon wall art as advertised on Instagram. Unfortunately it arrived and looks nothing like advertised. There is no pokemon symbol on the back of the card and does not come in the pokemon packaging as shown, just a flimsy postal envelope. This is a christmas gift and doesn't look as fancy as I expected when purchasing. The advertising is very misleading.

I placed an order with Sleek mood and everything went as expected. They have a nice variety of products, and the item I chose matched the photos on the website.
The delivery was on time, and the packaging was good.
All in all, I’m satisfied and would consider ordering again.

Very good product, I was sceptical about first but after some researchers I orders from here. I was supprised about the services and good customer care! The product came very quick and I am happy with my product!
