I purchased the 106" Dark Smoke Oak TrueWood Lite 3-Sided Veneer Acoustic Slat Panel and was juuuust short a little section after using 4 boxes. Paula was FANTASTIC and helped me well and very quickly. I cannot recommend this company enough. Excellent product and superb customer service!

Great product and customer support! The Ultralight panels were easy breezy to install and they look fabulous in my new boutique. I had a delivery issue on my end (my fault!) and customer service was quick to remedy by working with UPS and getting the order sent back out to me in a flash. I really appreciated their immediate response to the issue and how friendly they were along the way. Highly recommend!

Paula at Slats is the best!
I didn’t realize that I had my old address listed as the “ship to” so my order went to my old house in another state. Slats could have said that was my problem to solve but Paula worked magic to get my order picked up and delivered to my correct address. That’s above-and-beyond customer service that isn’t typical but was greatly appreciated!

The slats came out wonderfully for my project. They feel high quality and were super easy to cut down and install.

Also, one of the slats came damaged due to the delivery service, but when I reached out to Slats.co customer service they responded immediately and helped me out.

I purchased the ultralight walnut slats to add acoustic support and visual aesthetic to my office/guest room. They were so easy to install and they look great! Shipping was fast and the product is as described. Even better, I purchased a pack of 4 and my wall needed about another 75% of one panel to complete. I messaged slats.co on a Sunday asking for a solution, and even though they don't sell one panel at a time, they offered me a very generous solution. All within minutes of my request. Great customer service and quality product!

We got the ultralight panels in white oak. The product is beautiful and arrived so quickly. A few of the panels were damaged, but customer service was super easy to get ahold of, very easy to work with, and made the situation right within a couple of minutes. Even despite this, I'm super excited about the product and would highly recommend!

Great looking product, and great communication from slats.com from start to finish. Shipping process was quick and we received all 50 boxes without damage.

The slats themselves arrived earlier than expected and the customer service advisor was good walking me through the install process. I am doing a basement wall involving cuts around 2 windows and a tile hearth. Right away, I had several issues cutting the first slat to size: the wood splintered at the cut (despite using a finish blade and tapiing the cut line) and the felt peeled away (despite assurances they were easy to work with), making the slats even tougher to cut. The fact that the panels are only 12.5" wide means lots more cutting...I am not looking forward to the more complex cuts. I regret my purchase
