As always with Slaters
As always with Slaters, excellent customer service demonstrated by staff in their Norwich store, I’ve been using Slaters for years now, starting from their Liverpool store and then their Bromley store, customer service exceptional, on a few occasions now they have made alterations on the spot, only when they have time, I even ordered a few items online and took them in store for alterations, which is fantastic, Simon runs a tight ship, all staff are happy and relaxed and are always ready to assist when needed, I always recommend Slaters and I would be confident in thinking every store would offer similar levels of excellence service
