Slater & Brandley Anmeldelser

Be cautious of S&B they have a tendency to withhold some of the deposit citing silly damages, it happened to my wife before we got married. Be careful of them in that aspect.

Stefan was great at showing us the place, very interactive and making sure all our questions and queries were answered.

Mr. Stefan Czezowski always reply my e-mail quickly when he is at the working time! This is my first time to use their service because I just come from Hong Kong, even we are different culture, he still try to explain every step to me, and make process smooth, thanks so much!

Alicia Goddard from Salter and Brandley provided a friendly and professional service, explaining in detail what was required and obtaining a suitable tenant for my property.
I recommend Alicia and the team at Slater and Brandley.

I had a fantastic experience moving from one apartment in Nottingham to another, thanks to Slater & Brandley. Stefan was there to guide me through the entire process. He was always prompt, answering my questions and addressing any concerns I had. His support made the transition smooth, and I ended up finding the perfect new apartment.

Good prompt communication and well managed acquisition of tenant and process. Would recommend.

They were so kind and helpful thank you

We have had a tricky problem with our rental property...garden fencing and a tree! Everything has been brilliantly, efficiently and professionally sorted by Marc Hanley, from the very helpful initial site visit through to the completion of the work.
I couldn't be more pleased, and am grateful to Marc and the Slater & Brandley team for the excellent service.

Thank you Val and Stefan for all your efforts in helping us find tenants. You have been very responsive and proactive throughout.

Super service from Stefan in finding a new tenant for us. Would highly recommend Slater & Brandley if you are a private landlord like myself.

Would really like to thank Valdrin B about his help in sorting everything out
He made it all very easy and quick
Very professional in his work and overall excellent skills.
Thank you Slater and Brandley

We aren't local to Nottingham and we are moving here for 3 years for my PhD. My partner and I are from two different ends of the country, so it's been awkward with planning viewings and we had to dedicate a week to come and stay in town and we ended up viewing over 20 properties within 5 days, so we now know Nottingham areas well enough and are acquainted with estate agents here.
Val stood out in his genuine description of the property, areas, and even if he didn't know an answer to something, he looked it up for us while we were there, and he came very prepared. We were astounded because compared to other agents who either told us to check the ad for the details or just seemed generally disinterested, Val was engaged and transparent. Of course the property itself was lovely and the terms of the landlord like parking space and allowing a pet sweetened the deal, but it always helps to have an agent that engages with you. We are now relieved and enthusiastic about moving. Thanks, Val!

We always found our property manager Alicia efficient, helpful and friendly. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

I had a wonderful experience in securing good accommodation, thanks to Valdrin.
From being on time for the viewing, to a tour of the house, to taking time to explain the details and the followups after. Customer care was also wonderful, and I unexpectedly got a box with goodies when i finally got the keys. I am happy with the services I got and will definitely recommend their Slater & Brandley

This is a review regarding Mark and Michael.
Very pleased with the prompt response with my water leak in the bathroom today.
Mark was very quick arriving and mended the leak very quickly

Grace was amazing!

She helped me and my best friend into our dream flat and helped us every step of the way! Thank you

Having dealt with some terrible letting agents I can’t recommend Slater and Brandley more highly.

From the onset they have been nothing but professional, friendly and helpful. I dealt with Grace and Alicia and couldn’t have received better service or had a more stress free experience.

My experience so far has been nothing short of disgusting. Firstly, the staff lied about multiple things about the property including parking and once we approached them about it we was met with one of their workers called Michael Whyman, who was extremely rude, condescending and outright disrespectful. Not only was we labelled liars he proceeded to make smug comments via emails taunting us regarding our concerns.

Slater and Brandley hierarchy need to assess who they employ and look further into the matter.

Secondly, when we moved in we tried out the hoover left behind in the apartment which to our surprise has some sort of feces inside that was left behind and never checked by the tenancy agents.

Numerous things were falsely advertised within our property and this company has zero communication skills.

We can never get a straight forward answer out of this company, and conveniently everyone is on holiday when trying to raise a complaint.

Save your self the stress and go elsewhere.

Kev replaced taps sink plug and waste pipe and a new kitchen unit shelf..Professional finish, left everything in a good state. Happy customer!
