We visited over Easter as a family of 4 and it was a great experience. We all enjoyed it. The host was very informative and available to answer any questions. we had a great time.

Bicester's first and only artisan gin distillery, producing fabulously smooth, delicious, hand-crafted London Dry gin. Unable to find their perfect gin, founders Rachel Hicks and Andrew Parsons seized the moment and created their own – to reflect the adventures they have had travelling through skies and over waves to far flung corners of the globe. Great Christmas gift

Amended review as all problems sorted
It would have been nice to have been sent a proper E voucher as I wanted to give the experience as a present.
The member of staff I spoke to was a little offhand about the fact this wasn’t available.
After this review Sky Wave contacted me to let me know the ordering system had been amended and E vouchers arrived two days later

Slight difficulty ordering owing to the Ts&Cs, but overcame that. Gin came quickly and was beautifully packed in recyclable packaging. Haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure it will be delicious.

A wonderful, smooth gin!
Website easy to navigate and order, although I managed to order twice (my useless internet!). Emailed and my money was refunded straight away. Great, friendly communication and first class customer service. The gin is fantastic, very smooth and was recommended by my sister (who is on her second bottle). I will definitely be ordering again.
