We visited over Easter as a family of 4 and it was a great experience. We all enjoyed it. The host was very informative and available to answer any questions. we had a great time.

Bicester's first and only artisan gin distillery, producing fabulously smooth, delicious, hand-crafted London Dry gin. Home of many award-winning gins, including The World’s Best Contemporary Gin 2020 - our award count from International competitions currently stands at 87! Unable to find their perfect gin, founders Rachel Hicks and Andrew Parsons seized the moment and created their own – to reflect the adventures they have had travelling through skies and over waves to far flung corners of the globe. The result is a range of sublime gins which have won an incredible number of international awards in just three short years. The first, Sky Wave Signature London Dry, was launched in 2018 and was subsequently named The World’s Best Contemporary Gin at The World Gin Awards. My partner and I had the best experience! The team really knew their stuff and were supper friendly! Plenty of gin to taste and learn about along the way, and also the best gin I’ve ever tasted!

Bought a tasting for friends Christmas presents and I can say it was money well spent. Helen was our wonderful host. The gin Sky Wave produce was excellent. We had a wonderful time and the gin they produce is absolutely superb.

New Gin!
Came up as an advert in social media! Love trying new gins and the colours and bottles really stood out for me.
Great reviews online too which made it an easy decision to try!
Love that you can buy miniatures to try first and see which ones are going to be favourites.
This is going to be on my favourites list as it’s so lovely and crisp!

A fabulous couple of hours spent at this distillery, hosted by Helen, our knowledgeable and friendly host. A great location. Very interesting story, lovely gins and a great value for money experience. Would highly recommend.

I'm sorry that you find the gin expensive for what it is. Of course, this level of premium quality in a craft product has inherent costs to produce as we don't have the benefit of sourcing ingredients in bulk that the mass producers have.
Also, you may not be aware that the tax man takes almost £17 at source from us for alcohol duty and VAT. When you add the cost of the gorgeous bespoke bottle, unique stopper and lovely labels, there is not very much left!
In any cased, we're glad you love the gin and hope to see you again soon.
