Very disappointing experience. I paid £400 for visa support for myself, my husband, and our two daughters ( 4 applicants per applicant £100). The company provided flight tickets, travel insurance, and hotel reservations as supporting documents.

Unfortunately, my Schengen visa was refused because the documents/information provided were found to be false or fraudulent. I trusted this company, but I ended up losing my money and, more importantly, my visa application was refused.

I am sharing my experience to warn others: don’t trust this company, specially the guy named Micheal, he always tells lies. please be very careful, verify all documents independently, and think twice before trusting this company with your visa application.
