We moved from UK to NL and was very worried about our young Labradoodle. Bini and the team were phenomenal, helpful and very friendly assuaging our concerns all through our the move. The driver took very good care of our dog.

Cannot recommend Skypaws UK enough!!

Skypaws! The only company that gave me a quote broken down into a number of services I could pick and choose from and fit my budget so it wouldn't break the bank. Bini was highly responsive, picked up the phone and answered emails timely. As a helicopter cat mum I was so worried but she put me at ease. Even a last minute change of plans was absolutely fine (2 weeks prior to departure).
We moved from UK to US in July and Bini told us that there might be a heat restriction in LA airport and we might have to change to San Francisco which would be more expensive, but advised us to just play it by ear and assured us that she could always adjust the flight plan last minute. Cats were picked up by a very nice (and punctual) driver who unfortunately had to wait until I had dragged one cat out from under the bed but was very kind about it. The crates! Heavy, sturdy, huge and comfortable. We will actually upcycle them into furniture now, they are solid wood.
We decided not to chose the agency service in the US but pick up the cats from the cargo area ourselves. Bini talked us through the process, sent an elaborate document with all the steps, and connected us to a very nice lady on US side who was on point, answered calls and responded to emails immediately. The documentation was in order and the pickup took half an hour and was way less complicated than anticipated.
Cats were shaken but in great condition. All staff took wonderful care of them. I cannot recommend Skypaws enough.

The whole process was seamless, it was very impressive how quickly and efficiently it was all planned. Very good communication meant that we had total confidence that our girl would receive the best care and it was a lovely to have this confirmed with photos and updates at every step of the way. Skypaws were excellent, we would 100% use them again.

I am moving to the US soon to live with my partner, and I had to somehow get my miniature cockapoo over to his family's home in Ohio beforehand as I am also due to give birth before moving. We had contemplated flying her in the cabin, but we decided that it would be too stressful for all of us. We intensively researched so many companies (like, 8!!!) before eventually choosing Sky Paws, by a mile over the rest. We loved how responsive and communicative Bini was with us from the first day that we contacted her, all the way through to even now, a couple of weeks after our dog has landed and settled in. I am a very anxious person when it comes to the safety of my fur baby, especially knowing she was about to fly from the UK to the USA all alone, and my cockapoo is a very anxious girl, but I was able to ring Bini when I had questions or concerns, and I was reassured with honesty and kindness each time. Emails and WhatsApp messages were responded too almost immediately too.
All of the paperwork, forms and details were sorted and went through sky paws by email. We had to fill in one form of paperwork sent to us, then an online form too which we were sent the link. All made extremely easy and quick by Bini.
We were sent step by step of how collection day would go, we got update texts and photos of our dog, and we were able to track both of her flights. we also got confirmation of when she had landed safely in her layover country. she hd a crate built to fit her size and we were allowed to give her a blanket. her collar and lead were zip tied to the crate, and her food was attached to the top of her crate too. there was a photo of our dog with her requirements and all of her info on her crate too. and we got to keep her crate at the end!
we think her blanket that we sent her with may have been spoiled or swapped as she returned with a different (but very similar) blanket, however we were made aware that this definitely could happen, so it wasn't a surprise to us.
overall, we would use sky paws again. we believe that the price was reasonable for the workload that they put in and how easy and quick that they make the process. they took all my nerves away about my dog traveling in the cargo of a plane, and I would absolutely recommend sky paws to anybody wishing to send their dogs or animals overseas.

I used the door-to-door pet transport option to bring my cat from the UK to Brittany, in France and I couldn't be happier. I was very anxious about sending him alone, but everything went perfectly.

Bini was incredibly helpful and reassuring throughout the process. She answered all my many questions quickly and kindly, and made me feel at ease.

The driver was also very professional and kind. My cat arrived the same evening (instead of the next day) and in great shape, after the health check in the morning and a full day of travel.

Bini absolutely saved the day for us. With days notice we were let down by another company. After a quick phone call to Bini she took over and made a very happy family. Our dogs were seamlessly delivered to our house in South Carolina from York in the UK. We were kept up to date the whole time and from Steve the driver collecting the dogs to Heather with the deliver we couldn't find a fault.

Bini and her team were fantastic in helping me get my Husky over from the UK to Texas, USA. I had to move him over quite quickly due to weather restrictions. Bini was able to get me a quote and get me everything needed in a quick timeframe, we flew out within a week and half of first contact. When I met Steve at the drop off point, I had no concerns. They provided updates while we seperated, and followed up to ensure everything was ok when we arrived. The custom crate they built was fantastic and definitely worth it. I highly recommend. Pricing was by far the best from the options that I looked into.

I can’t speak highly enough of SkyPaws UK. They were fabulous from very first contact and continued to stay in touch until they knew our dog was home safe and sound.
