This people get you a flight one way and tell you it’s round trip. They want to schedule you for whatever time they want and don’t take in consideration what the customer wants. My experience has been horrible. I just wanted a flight round trip for 1 day coming the next day and they waited until the last minute to send me only one ticket. They never gave me my ticket home and then wanted me to stay an extra day when I had told them I didn’t have anymore money to stay an extra day. Another thing g is that they give you a price and then charge you more. They quoted me $555 and ended up charging $577. When I told them this the guy said he would talk to his manger about it. I never got my money back. I’m still waiting g for a flight to get home. I’m stranded in CA trying to go home to MA. Please do not book with these people unless you want to be stranded like I am or you want to fly on their terms and not yours. I rather pay more and fly on my terms than pay less and be stranded.

I had a great experience booking my holidays with (DEE) in sky lord travel she was more than helpful and I look forward to booking more holidays with Skylord travel/ (DEE)….she was very understanding with my specific requirements….

We booked a Cruise trip for 8 adults through Deepika of Skylord. It was very nice trip we had, no problem any where, our rooms and complete ship were cleaned.

Skylord Travel not only planned every aspect of the itinerary perfectly from the moment I made the booking until the end of the trip, but also provided very detailed explanations, ensuring that this trip went off without a hitch. The only point I would like to raise is that there were some difficulties when disembarking from the cruise ship. The itinerary stated that the ship was to arrive at the seaport and the disembarkation was from 7 am, but the ship did not arrive at the port until 8 am. Consequently, the private taxi booked by Skylord to pick me up from the port at 10 am seemed to be impossible. Furthermore, my assigned disembarkation time was 10.45 am, meaning the pick-up time had already passed. Fortunately, the MSC reception had been brought forward to 8:45 am, so I was able to take the pre-booked taxi and arrive at Venice Airport with plenty of time to spare. I hope Skylord takes note of this so that customers using this package in future do not experience any inconvenience. Apart from this one point, I would say it was a thoroughly satisfying trip.

I was well attended

This was my first time using Skylord Travel (Rickmansworth) to book my solo trip. Gemma organised everything for me- flights, hotels, trains and trips. Everything went smooth and I am so glad to be able to use human kind agency to book trips. Before my trip, Gemma was constantly in contact with me, making sure I had received all the paperwork and that I was happy with everything. After returning from my trip, I have received another phone call from Gemma to check that everything was ok. Thank you so much Gemma and Skylord travel. Skylord travels ... As a seasoned international traveler with over 40 years of experience, I can highly recommend this travel agency for their unparalleled service. The staff's tireless efforts to secure the best deals and fares have been impressive. I have also had positive experiences booking package tours through them. I encourage everyone to utilize their exceptional services.

I have no experience of using them as a travel agent but I was informed by my bank that they had done an active card check on my account. I got in touch with them to query this and find out if it was indeed them that had carried out the check and to seek advice and radio silence!! I contacted them through the webchat which stated they were online and ready to assist and no reply whatsoever!! If that is how they respond to an enquiry then I certainly would not use as a travel agent.

Further to your reply, I can advise that I have indeed emailed my query to the email addresses I was given but have yet to receive a response. I have also queried the card check with my bank and they have advised this is usually a company doing a card check before a payment is taken and not an individual. I have never used Skylord Travel and this is also an account that is not used on a day to day basis so is not regularly used for any purchases. I have requested a new card with my provider.

I can confirm that the email was indeed sent to the help desk email address yesterday at 1.14pm so not sure why they say they have not received it? Whilst I am not a customer I cannot consider the removal of the review as my bank are adamant that the active card check was conducted by your company not an individual.
