The driver arrived at the wrong place , called me and expected me to walk to him, then when I explained that I was the customer and I wouldn’t be walking to his place of choosing he started saying listen to me.. that was enough for me. So I cancelled and walked.. wasted twenty minutes of my time and still had a fifteen minute walk..

EXTREMELY PATHETIC SERVICE
I have no words to express how pathetic and unprofessional this taxi service is. A complete joke made me wait 1 hour at Heathrow airport before telling the car that “was on the way has broken down and new car is being issued and that I would need to wait another 50 mins for it”
What an absolute joke. Had to take a train to Leicester due to their service.

Used App to prebook a taxi today to the hospital. Quick and easy app to use. Prepaid online, money not taken out till journey completed. Emailed receipt. Taxi arrived on time, clean vehicle and friendly professional driver. Booked another for return journey, app could locate where i was so just entered destination. Taxi arrived within 3 mins, excellent service happy to recommend.

You don't even get that 1 star I HAD to touch just to leave the review.

What a DISGRACEFUL and disrespectful company. The last cab I ordered was parked hidden away with the meter running (costing me more than it should) and then when I enquired about why he was not at the required pick up he got a massive attitude accusing me of being trouble which I feel was actually racially motivated even though this dude had brow skin himself (the ignorance, lol). I will NEVER use these shameful excuse for humans' company again. You get charged when they don't even turn up and then get grief when they do. They chat to females in which ever manner they see fit and if I wasn't so assertive, would have actually been intimated by the encounter. No point even calling up to complain, because they'll only anger me and I'm not bringing myself down to their low level of standards.
Avoid!!!! DO NOT send your daughters with these perverts either, unless you want problems.

The airport run from hell!! My daughter was to be collected at 2am this morning to go to the airport. She had to call the expected driver to find out where he was, he sounded like he’d just woke up!! Once he got there he drove like a complete idiot.He was taking roundabouts at 50 miles an hour and drove up the wrong side of the road!!! She was on the phone to skyline whilst in the taxi as she was so scared, my granddaughter was petrified! My daughter insisted that the driver took them back home and they then had to drive to the airport themselves!! You should be ashamed skyline!!!

Despite several attempts to contact your customer service on the phone, I was met with automated responses and prolonged waiting times. As a direct result of the taxi not showing up, I missed my train. The financial implications of this oversight on your part have inconvenienced me considerably. I have been refused a refund for my ticket which cost me £35.29. See attached. Full receipt will follow when Trainline website is back online

Considering the circumstances, I find it reasonable to request compensation for the full cost of the replacement train ticket, totalling £35.29. While I understand that unforeseen situations can arise, it is essential for a service-oriented company like yours to ensure that reliable mechanisms are in place to communicate any disruptions to its customers in a timely manner.

I am expecting this email to be ignored and as such I will make an office complaint to Passenger Transport Licensing Division at the Driver and Vehicle Agency (DVA) in 10 business days.

I kindly urge you to process my request for compensation as soon as possible. I hope to receive a positive and prompt resolution to this matter. Please confirm in writing once the compensation has been processed.

Yet are always late - change the fees to when and what they want. I’ve waited 40 mins over my suggestion time.
Didn’t even turn up to take my grandad to his appointment when it was pre booked.
And when you call up to complain “call back up at 10” or “the boss is not in the office at the moment” and the reason was for the lateness was “we’ve prioritised people who have booked” even if I’ve booked on the app so I’ve pre paid.

No compassion with the person that speaks to you on the phone - if you’re late they add money onto your fare. If the taxi is late. Nothing. Expect to pay full fare.

I used to absolutely love TCars but now it’s not even worth the stress.
Wouldn’t use these if you need to be somewhere on time.

Ordered a taxi for my daughter to get home. My daughter was standing outside address to be picked up from and driver didn't turn up but still got charged £6.70 cancellation fee. So I get charged for taxi not turning up. When I called the office had an ignorant controller . Would never recommend this rip off company

My daughter trying to get home from work at 24:45 , cab sent not sent cab parked !! Useless a regular user of this company with total disregard for the young woman’s safety clearly!! Lost a regular family use here . Your service is not good enough for young vulnerable women and you just don’t care!! So bye bye skyline and hello bolt? Maybe a little more to pay but you cannot put a price on safety.!!!!

Complete rip off £9.8 for half a mile in Northampton before 10pm

Did not like the car sent to us my husband is vulnerable and the car was making rickety sounds and very uncomfortable

Some of the drivers are ok, but the service, timeliness and cleanliness of the cars is poor, poor, poor...

Great service! Chris was spot on time to take us to Gatwick airport, friendly and great drive to the airport. He picked us up in the very early hours for the return journey home which was very much appreciated and was once again there too meet us. Terrific service, stands out above some other taxis. Will use again.

We ordered a VIP taxi service from Skyline as our trip to the airport and to New York was a special trip for myself and my friend so we were quite happy to pay the VIP charges of £110 each way. Unfortunately, the taxi which turned up was an old BMW with a broken windscreen, dirty with rubbish in the back seats, footprints all over the seats and smelled. Disappointing to say the least. I sent an email whilst in the airport and got a reply to say they are looking into my complaint. On the way back, the taxi didn't turn up. After two telephone calls with the company we had to wait until the said taxi had arrived. On arriving the driver of the taxi only received a call from Skyline as he reached the airport to drop someone off and he said we were lucky that he could take us home at such short notice. After more emails they eventually agreed to credit me (didn't say how much) against my next booked taxi. As if I would be bold enough to book again with them. Still waiting for another reply but as there has not been any further communication, I have written this review.

Terrible service, app is terrible, the time changes constantly. Waiting in the rain because it says 1minute away. 15mins later no cab just soaking wet! Another journey cab driver did not follow the road diversion added extra £4 o to the journey. Have spent £50 a day on cabs with these lately, think ill be trying 001 cars in the future.

After pre booking an airport trip for my family. It was said on the phone to be 45 pounds. Halfway the driver said it was 55.Disgraceful company

I work for skyline as a private hire driver in the past and then left them. Three months after stop working for them I received an invoice from them showing that I have done three jobs for them on 18/06/2023. I call them and inquired about it. They come back with the answer that another driver use my login by mistake ??
How come they allow another driver to use my login and my details to do work for them ??
It's clearly a breach of data protection act and I don't know who they allow to use my login to do work for them. Clearly that other driver don't have his own login or right/legal documents to work that's why they allow them to use my login.

So if that driver do something bad with the customer then I will be held accountable for that as my account was used to do three jobs which I never did..

Please be aware of them and keep your details and data safe as they will compromise it and let anyone work for them on your legal details.

It's been reported to the police and I am seeking a legal advice.

THESE SCUMBAGS HAVE LOST THE PLOT.
BOOKED MY USUAL TAXI 🚕 AS I HAVE BEEN DOING FOR THE PAST 10 years DRIVER MENTIONED THAT HE WOULD ADD THE £5 fee FOR TOLL AT LUTON AIRPORT, I AGREED WITH NO HESITATION.
3 WEEKS LATER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SKYLINE ASKING ME TO MAKE A £5 payment !!!!!!
I REPLIED WHAT IS THIS FOR??? THE LADY EXPLAINED…..BUT I FOUND IT VERY STRANGE THIS WAS NOT HANDLED 3 WEEKS AGO…
After several attempts I finally got an excuse from Skyline and my acc. back to work

THIEFS AND THREATENING DRIVERS.

I made a booking and the driver was around the corner so the estimated time was ‘1 minute’ 10 minutes later and the driver had still not left the same position he was originally in. I cancelled the booking and before I pressed the button at the top of the screen it states that it will be a £0 cancellation fee. As soon as I clicked the button a notification came up saying I was charged £3.70?? I called skyline and they said no money was taken and called me a liar and hung up the phone!?

I called a second ride after I cancelled the last as I needed to get the train ASAP in 10 mins and the last incident made me very late. The estimated time was ‘0 minutes’ as the driver was around the corner. 5 minutes later the driver was finally here after not moving. When I got in the car I asked the driver why it took him so long as it was a 0 minute wait and it took him 6. He then turned to me gave me the dirtiest look and said ‘I was only 5 don’t say 6’ and I said it was a 0 minute wait what took you so long. And he repeated ‘I was only 5. Where are you going’ while raising his voice. I said the station. His name was Omar in a white Tovota Auris. I have his reg and will be making a complaint to Milton Keynes council to get his cab license taken away.

This is the second incident I have had with a driver being rude, shouting and making a lone female rider feel unsafe. From the first incident that happened a few months ago I still had not received my refund I was promised on both google reviews and on the phone. With email proof also. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt but I will not be using again and neither will any family or friends.

Taxi didn’t show.NORTHAMPTON. Managed to get hold of the driver who was 3/4 miles away, (obviously on another job) absolutely nowhere near us and he said the app had sent him there and to re-book. I still got charged £3-70. Disgusting.
