All’s well that ends well
After various communication difficulties the order was placed.
The product arrived well packaged from London blind company by DHL.
Assembly went okay given the guidelines and numbers on the blind frame.
Slight problem with operation that needed the motor reset.
Working fine now and looks exactly like we wanted it to!!

Brilliant product and brilliant…
Brilliant product and brilliant service. Cannot recommend Skylight Blinds Direct enough. Really pleased with product, very easy to assemble and install. We went for the manual option and the design of the blind is such that the handle runs on tiny wheels so it makes opening/closing a doddle. Buy with confidence.

Electric honeycomb white atrium blind
Purchased electric honeycomb white atrium blind. Ordering was easy with good communication. Delivery was quicker than expected. Husband fitted blind and found it easy to fit. Only down side to order was the smart plug that we purchased to use with Alexa/google, very cheap Chinese plug that we couldn’t find instructions to use with our Alexa.

Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Great company to deal with very easy friendly communication through WhatsApp followed up by a phone call the following day. With the help of the website with measuring for the blind it made light work of it. When my blind come through the post, again in very good time the install was very quick and easy with yet again the help from there website. I wish i had installed this blind years ago as it keeps in so much more heat in these winter months. Very good product
