Needed some kind of blind for my office. Didn’t have a clue what I needed and how to fit. Made contact with this company and ended up dealing with Naomi who was outstanding. Made everything simple and took away all the stress of ordering and measuring. Product arrived in time. Good quality and fitted perfectly. Great company which I would thoroughly recommend. Naomi offers outstanding customer service!

We looked at Skylight blinds direct for window ,very easy to follow the measuring instructions, picked out a frame and fabric option and sent the order in, a few days later our blinds arrived as expected and were really easy to assemble and install, they have made a huge difference to our room and also reduced the temperature, so a big thank you to everyone at Skylight blinds direct

I asked for clarification before I purchased, it was clear and concise. After purchase, I had a further query which was answered quickly. Overall, a pleasure to deal with good people. Oh - and by the way, the blind fitted exactly, looks good and is working well !

All the staff were so very helpful answering any queries I had, making the whole process as straightforward as possible. I can wholy recommend the quality of these blinds , they look great and the operation is almost silent when opening and closing.
We went for the honeycomb open view battery powered with solar back up and definitely recommend this option .

Everything was easy to order, competitively priced and arrived within the promised timescale and was well packaged.

The blinds are excellent quality and were very easy to fit which was a massive bonus given that I was working at height and in some awkward spaces.

Blind is of excellent quality and a very good fit. I know some people.say expensive, but anything bespoke is going to be. Was very easy to put together and fit due to instructions provided definitely helped keep.xonservatory cool!

Delivered exactly when they said it would be. Unfortunately there was a fault, however the after sales service was amazing. Constant communication and help to try a fix the problem before arranging a replacement with next day delivery of the faulty part.
Great quality product. Cannot express how happy we are with the lantern blind. Other said they couldn’t make on the size it is 3x2..

I had a really good experience with Skylight Blinds Direct and the products. I had two fairly large lantern skylights that needed blinds. Samples were super quick to arrive and I chose the manual honeycomb lantern blinds in 2 different material colours, both with blackout.
The quality of finish and the size accuracy was spot-on.
The pre-purchase information on the website is good and informative. As is the installation guidance.
I'm very happy with the look and performance of both blinds.
Any questions are super quickly responded to as well, by the team.

I ordered blinds from the website, blinds were to be fitted horizontally in roof lights
When I received the blinds and looked the instructions I was seeing instructions for vertical fitting not Horizontal as the blinds were sold for.
Automated response to enquires and no answer to phone calls was frustrating to say the least.
I fitted the blinds myself using additional fixtures to hold the cassette in place as they wanted to fall out of the standard fixtures as the brackets are designed for vertical not horizontal fixing.
Having said all that I am pleased with the blinds, but I would and probably will go directly to the manufacturer who is not Skylight Blinds Direct, they are reselling the blinds which are manufactured in Northern Ireland by Bloc Blinds who also only sell the blinds for vertical fittings

We recently purchased 3 window/door blinds and a lantern blind for our south facing extension. We absolutely love the end result and would highly recommend skylight. We chose motorised blinds so have two remotes on our wall that easily operates them. The blinds are so light and do a great job of shielding us from the sun without blocking out light.
Naomi and Steve were great from the start - we had an initial phone call followed by multiple WhatsApp’s to ensure we got the product right. I was blown away by the price compared to other quotes we got. Yes you have to install yourself but it was super simple to do so worth it. Delivery was quick and thankfully we got them up just in time for the May heatwave. Overall I’d highly recommend and would use them again!

The team at skylight blinds were brilliant with my order for a large blind for my Lantern roof. The customer service was absolutely excellent, and they were always on hand to assist with any queries that I had, including assistance with installation. The instructions for the installation are also very thorough which makes it easy for anyone to be able to assemble and fit the blind.

Good website with much information and guides available. Easy to obtain a quote and ask any questions about the product, and easy to order on line.
The electric roof blind is costly, but comparable and competitivly priced when set against other suppliers.
It was easy to install and is a neat and effective unit which does reduce the heat build up in a glass roofed conservatory.

I wanted blinds for my roof lanterns to stop the excessive glare from the sun during the middle of the day. With excellent advice from Naomi I ordered some fabric samples which arrived swiftly. I ordered 2 Electric Zip Roller blinds and Naomi was able to arrange the delivery of them at a convenient time. I carefully read the enclosed instructions and watched the very helpful installation videos and as a result the fitting of the blinds went exactly as planned and my wife and I are delighted with the result - the blinds are very high quality, work beautifully and look fantastic. I was having problems programming the remote control with one of the blinds but Naomi was absolutely brilliant at showing me how to solve the problem very quickly. I really appreciated the excellent customer service from this company and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
