I trusted Skydo and now regret it! My client transferred €18,000, and Skydo froze my account without warning. Their proof document is incomplete and doesn’t even show my transaction. I am reporting them to the French Financial Market Authority. Skydo is a fraud!

Over my 25 year of corporate experience, I’ve never encountered a company as shockingly unethical and unprofessional as Skydo. Despite providing all the required and valid documentation—including verified bank statements and a signed client contract—over a period of 2.5 months, Skydo’s team suddenly had the nerve to claim at the very last minute that the documents cannot be authenticated or verified ??
To make matters worse, they took the drastic and outrageous step of unilaterally closing my Skydo account without my consent or a proper explanation,
This entire debacle is a textbook example of gross mismanagement, contempt for customer trust, and a blatant disregard for professionalism. Skydo's actions are not only infuriating but also a stark warning to anyone considering your platform. Skydo's absolute disregard for customers' time, business, and financial security is beyond shameful.

Impressive Settlement Rates
Recently opened an account with Skydo. Yes, they are strict about verification but after that everything is smooth. They might have few additional queries related to your payments but it won't be any issue for you if you provide relevant documents. Amazing part is their settlement rate. It's so impressive and can beat any rate your bank is offering.

Recently opened an account with SKYDO…
Recently opened an account with SKYDO for cross-border payment collections. While the account setup was smooth, things took a sharp turn when we received our first payment from Italy of 300 Euro . Their compliance department bombarded us with endless questions, wasted over an hour on clarifications, and demanded additional documents. Shockingly, within 5 minutes of ending the call, they closed our account without releasing the payment. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. SKYDO is a fraudulent company, and we strongly advise others to avoid opening an account with them.

Please allow us to clarify that Skydo, as an RBI-governed platform holding the PA-CB license, it is mandated to follow strict compliance procedures as outlined by the Reserve Bank of India. These checks are conducted at two levels—first during the onboarding process and again at the time of transactions. This is standard for all RBI regulated financial platforms to ensure safety, legitimacy, and adherence to cross-border payment laws.
Our compliance team does out to collect further information or documents to gain a clear understanding of the transaction. We understand this can sometimes feel inconvenient, but it’s a necessary part of ensuring we meet regulatory obligations.
In certain cases, if we are unable to proceed after completing these checks, the account is closed. However, as per RBI guidelines, any funds received are processed for return to the original source account. We do not hold funds arbitrarily.
We’d also like to note that we’re unable to locate any account with the details provided in your message. If you believe your payment is still pending, we encourage you to reach out to us directly at support@skydo.com with your registered email ID and transaction details so we can look into this as a priority.

I'm using Skydo for last one month and…
I'm using Skydo for last one month and I've always received same day payments from US to India. It's extremely useful service and I'm regretting I didn't switch to Skydo earlier because I'm pretty sure I've lost above 20K-30K amount just in FX fees.

Reliable Payment Platform with Excellent Support
I work with a US client and use Skydo for receiving payments. Initially, I encountered a payment issue, but it turned out to be on the client’s end. Despite this, the Skydo team went above and beyond to help me identify and resolve the issue. So far, I’ve received two payments seamlessly, and I’m extremely satisfied with Skydo’s services.

I got my EUR transfer without a hassel, best part is the messages & mails on every step of transaction, Bhaskaran is very helpful. once my inward remittance was stuck due to wrong method of transfer by the client in EU but Skydo went extra step to help. banks would have taken 2 weeks done by Skydo Team in 2 days. Nice Exchange rates at a transparent service fee. Good work Skydo keep it up.

Most Economical and TRANSPARENCY foreign payments facilitator
We have used Payoneer, Wire Transfers, and even bank-provided foreign accounts.
None of the previous options could beat the Skydo process and pricing, we have been using for the last 1 and a half years. The most important thing I like about them is TRANSPARENCY and you can remain assured that you will always feel you are in control.
No Fuss, simple and straight!
SUGGESTION: Having one more slot of payment with a lesser fee, for example, if we receive $500/- paying $19/- is painful, especially in cases when different client's payments can't be merged in a single invoice, I think a $5/- charge would be great and you will have a lot of new customers.
