Had osman and muhammed for a school trip to italy mostly had muhammed for the trip who was a brilliant driver and would get us on time to our destinations.

Osman was also a fantastic driver and was making us all laugh will great jokes overall both amazing drivers and made our experience so much better

We used this company to take us to Munichfor a very important event but they failed to take us there on time. We arrived at the end of event but we were assured that we should get there 6 and half hours earlier. From start the coaches didn't have soap and on return journey they didn't have water to flush toilets or wash hands therefore we could not use the toilet during this 14 hour trip. Also they didn't care about cleanliness as our lead passengers had to clean the toilets on the way to Munich. They didn't bother to change rubbish bags for the return journey and the passengers had to take them, tie them up and take it to the luggage hold. 3 coaches had one fuel card, therefore they had to wait for other coaches to come, fill up and then pay. I would hardly give the one point that I have given. It should be negative points.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. We were a group of 170 people who hired 3 of their buses. The goal was to attend an extremely important event in Munich, Germany, on February 14 2026, at 1:00 PM, but we were there at 4:30 PM and missed the event. We were 170 UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS.
Their WCs also lacked water and soap, which were extremely unhygienic.
You would regret it if you use their services. That's a promise!

We asked for 3 buses from this company with 165 passengers!
Sky Coaches told us our journey would take 12 to 15 hours while it took 23.5 hours! Therefore, we missed our important occasion which was really painful!
Furthermore, the drivers did not announce the break time and did not check if all the passengers are on board before moving after break. So, one passenger were left at the station and the driver had to return to the station to pick him up.
On our long way back, the toilet was out of order. The driver did not know how to switch the heater on or off and one of the passengers helped him to find the heater switch!
The driver did not have any understanding about the basic needs of human about toilet or food! We had to ask the driver to park near the restroom and cafe instead of parking in the middle of a large area without having access to the rest room!
Never use this company! They are not reliable!

If I could leave a negative feedback for this company I did not hesitate. Our group made a 3 buses reservation to Munich Germany 14 of February 2026. You could not believe everything about their service was a big mess. The Journey based on what they promised said it is 12-14 hours while it took 22 hours. The drivers were not professional and the service was awful. We had to be in Munich at 1 pm for Iranian demonstration and we arrived there at 4pm. They ruined everything as this company promised to our organizer to be there on time when the booked the coaches. Their toilet did not have water and soap at all. and it was not so clean after several hours and it needed to be clean. It was one of the worst company ever as they could not keep their promises to take us to the Munich event on time. Avoid them by all means!

A few friends used Sky Coaches to attend a 60th party in Northampton on the 30/8/25 and our driver was called Jay. The bus was clean and tidy and bin bags had been supplied which as good, its the one we always forgot to bring. The bus looked quite new and was as smoth as a babies bum. 🫣🫣🤫🤫🤫😜😜😜. Jay got us there dead on time and got us back an hour quick time, and hour, even with a quick stop, early if i remember correctly, it was a long night🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢. Had very god parking skills, determined to make it into a space with the help of people on the coach & the general public, so he could be close by if we wanted to go onto the coach. Hay was very polite and friendly, he also attended to our every need. We made sure he ate and had a rest before started back and gave him the respect and gratitude he deserves. Sky Coaches, you have a very good driver there. I have started to the birthday girl who booked the coach that she should use your company again with Jay as a the driver if the price is right for her.

The only thing I would say is not good is that, the coach should always get the destination of pick before the customer's, because there are always people of different age groups waiting and some people with disabilities whether seen or unseen, especially if there is no where to sit down or if they need to use the toilets. These things help people decide which coach company to give their money too for business and without people there is no business. Think about that.

I am a teacher at a highschool in Stockport, and today was an Alton towers trip for a large number of our lovely students. Whilst we were taking registers in the morning, our trip leader phoned up the coach company (not sky coaches) to see how far away they were.... and they said they had cancelled just the night before ! They said they sent an email, but our school never received an email. Not wanting to let our students down, our reception team rang around multiple coach services to try and get a last minute booking. Sky coaches came through and saved the day ! Not only that, the driver of the coach I was on, Danny, told me he is actually on his week off, and was enjoying a lie-in when his boss phoned to see if he could help out. He was more than happy to- not bearing the thought of excited students being let down and disapoiinted, not to mention you can't get a refund on Alton towers tickets ! The drivers have been so friendly and I believe going forward our school will be using this coach services for future trips. Thanks for saving the day for our kids !

Suheil was our driver today he was a good polite and safe driver, picked us up from Liverpool on time to take us to Birmingham and back.
I would highly recommend him and sky coaches

Great site to use always quick and easy no hassle or long waits at all I’ve been using them for different services and have yet to be disappointed I highly recommend

During very bad weather (heavy snowfall, icy roads) a sky coaches coach passed me too closely going at least 10mph over the limit (I was doing the speed limit) blinding me.
