I had a big win from these guys back in 2021 almost $4800.00 an that was a one off deposit of $50 I waggerd .
When It came to withdraw I had soo much questions to send then bank statements also to talk about my gambling😂 I asked them that why would I want to talk bout that that was my one time depositing anyways cut a long story short. They also require you to send a photo ID hold it up to your face with a piece of paper stating the date if I wanted to get a mugshot I would have gone to the police station an got one 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
They asked for documents where I purchased my paysafe. Send payslips ird numbers if I was on a benefit a break down of financial information.
I was working at the time . I sent a email asking why do they need all this they replied back saying I had a gambling problem knowing it was my 1st deposit . Asked me for about 7 different bank statements, all completely unnecessary requests. after I gave them statements from all my accounts they started asking me for statements on accounts that DO NOT EXIST. been about a month of this and i am still locked out of my account. should be noted that all this only started after i tried to withdraw a semi decent win, when i was losing they had no problem taking my money.

This casino hsd no problem taking my deposits worth over $1000 but when it was time to pay me out my withdrawl..refused to verify all my documents and keep asking for more and more ridiculous requests..so i gave up and never got my $3000 payout that i rightfully won..this casino is a joke

One Star – Extremely Disappointed

I deposited a significant amount of money into SkyCity Online Casino and submitted all the documents they initially asked for. After taking my deposits, they then demanded an MSD (Ministry of Social Development) breakdown — something that is absolutely none of their business. It felt intrusive and unjustified.

Instead of providing a smooth and fair service, they kept asking for more and more personal information even after happily accepting my money. I feel taken advantage of and disrespected. Be very cautious before depositing — their verification process is invasive and seems designed to stall withdrawals rather than protect players.

I won’t be returning and I strongly suggest others think twice before playing.

Skycity casino is bad on reviewing customers accounts and closing customer accounts for a period of time based on there questions asked by these people.

One star does not justify the rude and most unfair Casino out of the many there are in this world. I got Banned because I dared to ask why my winnings were taking so long for Payout. The person at the time attending to my complaint banned me according to her for six months because I stated I suffered with Cancer. But then decided to Ban me permanently because I had the audacity to ask her for what purpose. Was it because I asked for the duration of payment or was it because I had Cancer. Either way, a very discriminatory business with rude and unfair practice.

SkyCity Casino has some of the worst, most unfair rules I’ve ever seen. They banned me years ago, and despite applying for re-entry multiple times over the years, they still refuse to let me back in. No real explanation, no second chances—just a complete lack of fairness.

They ask for no proof or verification before you deposit money in and start playing but once you win and want to withdraw they ask for everything, they want pic of passport including signature, proof of address, proof of wages, a payslip, a bank statement and when they get the bank statement they go through jt and if you have any payments from IRD or MSD they want all those details as well. Being 3 weeks and still waiting for my money. I've now reached out to department of internal affairs. Do not use this casino!

Skycity you get a good payout and they lower your winnings chances. they mite say its random but it really isn't so I recommend getting your 1st win then don't go back cz you will lose constantly and your bonus wins will only be couple of dollars update so they limit my friend without telling her they took control of how much she can deposit no casino should be able to do this. I have deposited so much over the last couple weeks on this site - moving away from my usual. Went to withdraw my winnings and my account got frozen. I have to declare my income with proof. I have never had to do this on any other gaming site ever and have recieved my money no problem. This site is a scam! Asked for time frame and couldnt even give me an estimate of when my account will be fine. Still have money in my balance and cannot even use it. Disgusting. Will never be using this site AGAIN!!!

I was playing some blackjack on skycitycasino.com and I happened to make a joke about my rent money, like countless times before and like many people do. The dealer and a couple people laughed. Come to today I get an email telling me I've been banned for 2 years so I follow up with customer support and she tells me there's nothing they can do which is BS. They tell me they have obligations but apparently no obligations to their customers as I was never contacted in regards to my joke, no investigation just a blanket 2 year ban. Alongside the account verification issues many people experience and loss of winnings.. I would reccomend chosing a different site if you wish to gamble your money in a fair and respectable platform.
