Bought a folding shower screen, good quality, easy to install.

Hassle-free delivery and good customer service. Bit annoying that shower door handle was missing but on complaining, it was promptly delivered without any issues.

Product arrived speedily was installed without undue difficulty and is functioning.

Quick delivery, I had an issue with a wrong item I ordered which was refunded quickly.

Bi Fold Shower Door, was good value for Money. It arrived on time, in good condition. The delivery delivery was very helpful and friendly. The item itself was just right for my requirement. Very Pleased 😀.

I bought a new electric mirror at the end of December 2023, installed it and everything was working fine. Then around 2.5 months later, it just stopped working. I had only had it around 68 days at this point.

I contacted this company to help fix the issue, they responded saying that it was not covered under warranty and there is nothing they can do. I got told to buy a new LED driver. Don’t think you should have to rewire the internals of brand new electrical components.

Honestly this makes me feel like I have been scammed. A product that has been in my possession for less than 3 months have stopped working and this company don’t care.

Don’t waste your money as you will be let down. Buy your electrical mirrors elsewhere.

My order was delivered quickly and safely

5 star service. The shower tray is very good and excellent value. I made a mistake on the order and customer services sorted it quickly and efficiently. Highly rated company.

First time ever buying from this company. Said they was going to deliver 3-5 working days which would have been on the Wednesday or the Thursday. Never received anything except a weird text to say they would deliver on the Wednesday. When I rang the number it didn’t ring. I rang sky bathroom and it rang twice and then went to answer phone. On many occasions it did this. I emailed and once again they didn’t email me back till 12am/1am/2am. I was actually feeling like I had been scammed. Went on company house and the directors are from China. When someone emailed me back they said the shower screen I had ordered got damaged on transit so they sent all the items back to the warehouse and if I wanted another shower screen, even though the shower screen I had bought was still in stock. I insisted I wanted my original order, they then proceeded to say, the next day, that the shower mixer I had ordered was no longer in stock and if I wanted another, attached a picture and it was exactlyvv by the same one as I ordered. I was getting very angry and annoyed as first time customer and I’m not being treated the right way. I said if they don’t fulfill my order I will go through my bank and get a chargeback - and this is what I did.

Very upset because it was a cheap company and some great reviews but this has made me take my money and company elsewhere.

Update: I have been compensated for the annoyance of the whole ordeal. In which I have accepted.

Quick delivery. The product which I purchased is not easy to assemble. Spent more than half a day.
