I recently purchased a few skincare products from Sknfed at Gatwick Airport, and I just had to leave a review for the wonderful service I received from Fatima. From the moment I approached the stand, she made me feel so special and genuinely cared for.
Fatima was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to explain the products clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and helped me choose the perfect items for my skincare needs. Her positive energy and professionalism made the whole experience feel luxurious and personal.
Excellent customer service like this is rare to find these days, and Fatima truly went above and beyond. She is a real credit to Sknfed, and I’ll definitely be purchasing from the company again because of her outstanding service. Thank you, Fatima

We really enjoy the products here and come once a while to restock whenever our soaps run out - and to get some extra goodies while we’re at it. We went to Borough Market & decided to wander around the area and stopped into Sknfed! Amazing staff and the most adorable packaging/ products. The testers were super helpful and the products smell and are amazing!! So excited to use my new hand cream :)

A new store has opened at Gatwick airport so I went to investigate. I was not disappointed. The sales assistant, Donia I think, was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I have tried a selection of wonderful smelling creams and oils. I can't wait to get started with my purchases

Stumbled upon this gorgeous shop after work, in borough market. Beautiful peaceful space with simple and pretty packaging.

Products are very gentle and feel great on your skin plus its environmentally friendly - you can recycle packaging :)

Maria the assistant was super helpful and suggest lots of ways to use the products.
