I have been a member for over a year and service has been great. Luila (Hanwell) is very knowledgable and personable and takes great care when administering my treatments. My monthly treatment is my time to relax. My skin has improved and during lockdown I could definitely see the difference when I didn’t have a treatment :)

I absolutely love Skinsmiths
I absolutely love Skinsmiths. The team at Hanwell are so friendly and professional. My technician, Lulia, always tells me what she is doing to improve my skin health and tailors my treatments around what my skin needs.
The salon is always beautifully clean and peaceful, it really feels like a little treat every month.
My skin has gotten so much better in the year I’ve been visiting and I love all the products, but they’re never pushed on you, it’s your own choice to buy them.
It’s always easy to get an appointment when you need one & they’re really flexible if you need to change your date/time.
Compared to what you would pay for a facial elsewhere, Skinsmiths is so much nicer and bespoke to you. I keep getting all my friends to join!

Hanwell Skinsmiths is so clean with great knowledgeable staff. I was really apprehensive about starting laser hair removal but it’s the best decision I’ve made. Lulia is so nice and welcoming and I’ve seen perfect results. I will definitely continue to use Skinsmiths for more services.

Very professional
Very welcoming, clean and professional. Experienced technicians with a wealth of knowledge who always offer a great service and convenient times for appointments. My skin feels amazing after a treatment. Also I really like the products, especially the SPF as it doesn't bother my eyes like all the others I've tried.

Belgravia - Staff & Treatment review
I've been a member since January. Took a while to notice an improvement in my skin but feel like there is a good rhythm going now and progress is clear. I feel the quality of the treatments and costumer service has improved with professionals now taking their time to explain steps and make the experience as relaxing as possible. Esperanza is my favourite skin therapist who gives me the best tips and reassurance during tough programmes like micro-needling. I am a happy member!
