Here is the situation: I ordered some very expensive products. These creams are pricey, and they absolutely must be delivered to the customer in proper condition! On what grounds did you think it was acceptable to send me such expensive creams looking as if someone had already used them? You sent the creams without packaging—you just threw the jars in, and they weren't even sealed tightly! Is this how you respect your customers? How am I supposed to trust that the product inside is actually what I paid for? How do I know no one has stuck their hands in there? Why should I believe it’s an authentic product when it has essentially been opened? This is unacceptable! It is an outrageous situation, and I refuse to accept it! I demand that the products be sent to me in proper packaging with all quality seals intact, or else I want a refund! I am not going to use the crap you sent me; I find it repulsive to use creams that were unsealed and already opened!
