Ordery 2430523 What a terrible company to deal with my 17-year-old daughter encountered no communication skinnydips . She was promised a refund 3 to 5 day after return process for her purchase, yet two months have passed with constant follow-up and no resolution. Their behaviour is utterly deplorable.

Brought an ACOTAR phone case from here at the end of June. After a week of use the camera outline popped off and the vinyl design started falling off.

Tried to contact them multiple times and each email has been ignored.

I have used these many times but recently I can't get into the site it keeps coming up with this Plesk thing and it wont let me in, can someone help please

They’ve disabled the phone line for enquiries and continue to ignore my emails regarding my stale, horrible, late order. It’s contemptuous that they have the audacity to continue taking orders. Don’t go near this company.

Placed order, incorrect items delivered.
Emailed and called and so far no response.
Also last order i received of salted popcorn had no salt/flavour so starting to have major concerns about how legitimet this company are. Dissappointing as up until the last 2 orders they have been good. Hopefully they will respond to this and restore my faith in Skinny Dips.

Never received order that I placed on 8th December 2022.
£42 payment has been taken.

Emailed numerous times and tried to ring numerous times but nobody with reply or answer the phone.

I am very shocked at the terrible service.

I have to say that I will never order from this company again. To start with their customer services is non existent, I have called, left messages, emailed and had zero response. When the delivery did eventually arrive the products were ALL short dated. I had ordered 4 x multipacks in 4 flavours and instead of 4 boxes I got 1 box with all the flavours mixed together. I am holding again on their number as I type this and surprise surprise there is no answer. I am starting to wonder if they are actually still in business!

As others have stated, I've placed orders before with no problems but have not received anything from an order placed 25Nov. I have tried contacting the company to no avail, both by email and phone.

Not sure what happened to the company, but it's really disappointing to see. I was a big fan of their products, but this is completely unacceptable.

Extreme to poor service ordered in November and still no sign of my order. No communications either. Very poor

Worst experience ever. Used a number of times before always been good, but not this time. Over £100 of crisps intended as fun gifts in 6 x 24 bag cases were ordered. What was sent, was 144 bags of crisps jumbled together in one giant box, loose, no proper packing at all. Some of the crisps were off, inedible. All bags were sticky and needed wiping clean, gross. Complained to customer service who replied asking what the problem was, then ignored me completely. 5 phone calls, multiple emails, absolutely no action or acknowledgement. Utter shambles. Avoid.

I PLACED AN ORDER 2 WEEKS AGO AND MY ORDER STILL SAYS IT IS BEING PROCESSED. I HAVE TRIED EMAILING BUT HAD NO RESPONSE AND TRIED CALLING BUT COULD GET ANY ANSWER. I HAVE JUST TRIED EMAILING FOR A THIRD TIME AND IF I DONT NOT GET ANY RESPONSE I WILL CONTACTING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO RECALL THE BALANCE.

Can’t really fault it. Easy to order .
Arrived promptly. Couriers great , left in designated place as I was out.
On top of that great value for money as bought when on a deal, free postage too.
Not to mention how much I love the product - so moreish
