Love everything about skingredients

Great product of course, but the packaging peanuts that dissolve in water?! Brilliant! I'm sure they're not cheap so fair play to the company for doing the right thing to reduce plastic use.

Skingredients are amazing product they do excatly what they say . Easy to follow steps and no messing around with loads of products . Has really changed the texture of my skin

Shipping and delivery are very quick and efficient. Love that the packing beads are biodegradable. All other packaging can be recycled.

First off, I love the products but the customer service is appalling.
I have been a loyal customer for years and signed up for their subscription service having found it difficult to get refills a couple of times. I recently tried to amend my order but came across multiple technical issues (website not working, chatbot not connecting with a human) which I outlined (including screen grabs) in an email to customer services. In the email I also stated that I wanted to cancel the subscription.
Over 7 working days later (with the next order fully charged and delivered) and I still have not received a response.
It’s a shame as it’s spoiling the entire brand for me.

Love this brand. Free cleanse off mitt with order was a nice treat. Highly recommend.

I love skingredients because of its simplicity and its effectiveness. I love how it provides clear advice and clear products and how you don't need too many products. The one area I'm struggling with is the refill tubes, I can't seem to work them a lot of the time and end up just using the refill tube with a top on rather than the original container that has been refilled. It would be great to offer a mix and match loyalty refill bundle also.

Love the products, very quick delivery and nice to support Irish products.

I love the products and I had my order within a day or two. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the Big box and foam pieces used for one refill bottle. Seems like a waste.

What went wrong is that you sold soon to be out of date products for half price, but you didn’t inform the customers about the out of date date, had I known, I would never have bought it!!
It’s dishonest and disappointing!

Easy to order. Lots of clear information on how to use all of the products. Really like the option to buy refills.

Fantastic products - great service

Since I first starting using skingrediants I've had great results. My skin used to be dry and I would have regular break outs. Now it's rare I get a spot and I'm loving it.
