I felt desperate when I couldn't unsubscribe from my account with you because no code was being sent to my email, and I couldn't find another way to cancel. Therefore, I asked for help by email.
I appreciate the quick and precise response to my email.

They are scammers. Thought I was buying a bag from a site and ended up subscribed to their website and they refuse to refund my money!!

Their message:

“I’m really sorry for the confusion and the frustration this has caused. I want to reassure you that our system cannot make unauthorized charges or enroll anyone without their permission.

When you signed up, the €19.99 payment was for a gift card that converts into store credits on a 1:1 basis with euros. Members can then use credits to shop with savings of up to 80% in our store. No physical bag order was placed on your account.

I’ve also checked and can confirm your membership cancellation has already been processed, and a confirmation email with details was sent to you a few minutes ago. Please refer to that email for all information about your cancellation and related charges.

Regarding a refund: there are no top-ups available to refund, and the initial gift card purchase is non‑refundable under our Terms and Conditions. I understand this isn’t the answer you hoped for, and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience.

Lastly, we are an independent company and not affiliated with the brand or pages shown in your screenshots. Sign-ups and purchases can only be made directly through our system.

Porq me dijeron q ya estaba resulto mi problema

Porque pedí que me me dieran de baja la suscripción ya que fue hecho por equivocación y creo que si me la cerraron ahora solo debo esperar que me devuelvan mi dinero de la suscripción

Deseo manifestar mi experiencia, en virtud de mi falta de atención al ofrecimiento de membresía que recibí.
Fui atendido muy amablemente por Claire quien está ocupada con mi problema y a quien agradezco sinceramente.

They contacted me 7 months after I made a 1* review: 7th April 2025 (not allowed to attach link here unfortunately)

- And I would receive a 30 Eur refund, from the 90 Eur they stole from me if I did so.

Got to love their dedication to customer satisfaction!

I`m really happy that they made me aware that they have seen my 1* review. and I`m also very grateful that they gave me a reason to write another one <3

Not sure why they care though, as you don't need to access their page to be targeted by their scam...

Me hicieron un cargo mayor al esperado. Presenté un reclamo y rápidamente me respondieron, finalmente me han dado solución, y estoy a la espera de mi reembolso de la compra, lo que me deja gratamente agradecido.

No obstante que hubo dificultades, Jeremy logró un acuerdo para proceder pronto con el reembolso

Agradezco a Jeremy y a todo el equipo por la buena gestión de resolver mi problema.

No se como aparecí suscrito, hice el reclamo y me devolvieron el dinero, poas empresas lo hacen.
