Great customer service and lovely staff
I have had a few laser treatments with Algaia, and the service provided by her is really great. She puts me at ease and makes sure I am comfortable before and during any session. The treatments are tailored to you. Her attention to detail and work ethic is great and I would definitely recommend her. I have had the best results and will be booking more in the future!

Aglaia is amazing!
I've just has my second lot of microneedling with Aglaia - she is amazing! She's so calm and kind. She explains everything to you and really makes sure you feel comfortable. Can't rate her highly enough! Excited for my third and final treatment with her.

I had 5 laser hair removal treatments with Aglaia at the clinic and I’m very satisfied with the treatment and results. The customer service at the clinic is great and the staff are welcoming. Aglaia is very professional and so friendly! The treatments were carried out professionally and comfortably and the results are amazing! I would highly recommend the clinic and Aglaia :)

Best place to have laser hair removal
Best place to have laser hair removal in Leeds. I've had laser hair removal before in a different part of the country the service was good there but I had a different technician at every appointment. I was slightly nervous at trying this place as it's much smaller and I knew I could have the same technician for every session and wasn't sure how I feel about this. I did not have to worry! All the staff are super friendly and professional. Aglaia has a wonderful way of putting you at ease and explains everything to you you. You can tell that she really cares about the results for her clients. Reception staff are also wonderful of calling you back and reminding you of appointments and also confirming appointment times. It's the only place that I found that does the ND yag laser in Leeds which is important if you have dark skin and I'm so so glad and relieved that it is such a great place to have laser hair removal sessions. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

Super happy with my experience so far
Super happy with my experience so far. I have had 4 sessions and have four more to go. I’ve seen huge progress already and wish I had done this sooner.

I chose the clinic for laser hair removal
I chose the clinic for laser hair removal and it has been the best decision. I have already had 2 sessions with Aglaia and from the beginning she has made me feel comfortable and at ease which I truly appreciate.
