I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience with Skin and Shape! From the very beginning, the service has been amazing, and I’m so glad I chose them to be part of my weight-loss journey.
One of the things I appreciate most is how quick they are to respond to messages and answer any questions or concerns I have. It makes such a difference knowing that if something is on your mind, you can reach out and receive a prompt response. Amazing customer service! Everyone is so attentive and they always respond so quickly whenever I have any questions. Zuhra especially is so helpful and always makes me feel comfortable and reassured. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Skin and Shape, and I especially want to thank Zuhra for making the whole process so much easier for me.
From the very beginning, speaking to Zuhra felt so easy and comfortable. She has such a friendly and approachable way about her, and the way she communicates made me feel completely at ease. I never felt judged or uncomfortable, and she made it easy for me to express myself openly.
Whenever I messaged her, she was always so helpful and provided me with loads of information. She never once made me feel like I was bothering her, and I always felt listened to and supported.
Starting this journey can feel daunting, but having someone like Zuhra there to guide and support me has made such a difference. She has genuinely made this journey easier for me, and I’m so glad I chose Skin and Shape.

I’ve had a brilliant experience with Skin & Shape. The customer service has been excellent from start to finish — friendly, professional and genuinely helpful.
The advice I received was amazing, especially around weight loss and the different recommendations available. Everything was explained clearly and I felt well supported throughout.

The pharmacists are super lovely
The pharmacists are super lovely, they truly help with any question regarding your treatment. They also do video calls at every time of day needed - to allow when best suits for you. Would definitely recommend their service to others.

Very polite and professional.. But at the same time they make you feel comfortable and if you are starting out on your journey they answer all of the questions and doubts you may have. It's efficient.. The deliveries are also very quick, packaged to protect the product. No judgement, Health checks/history. Once you are all clear, everything can start. Maintenance and upkeep and reply to any emails are also answered, tailored to YOU.. Its not an automated company response. I feel safe, seen and heard ✨️ 👌🏽 🙌🏽

Brilliant customer service
Skin and Shape are great and always there on email if I require them. I also do my weekly dose on a video call with the pharmacist and I'm very happy with their service and delivery. The initial consultation was as long as I required and I had many questions which were answered in full with warmth and kindness.

The best company I've used for weight loss medication
I’ve had a really positive experience with Skin and Shape. I was quite nervous about starting Mounjaro, but they’ve been so helpful from the beginning and always made me feel at ease.
Whenever I’ve had questions or needed reassurance, they’ve been quick to respond and have never made me feel like I was asking silly questions. It’s been really nice knowing there’s someone there to support you throughout the journey, not just send the medication and that’s it.
I’d definitely recommend Skin and Shape to anyone thinking about starting Mounjaro. Great service and genuinely lovely, supportive team

I’ve recently switched to Skin & Shape Pharmacy for my Mounjaro treatment after using a different supplier, and I’m so glad I made the change.
I first discovered Skin & Shape through TikTok, where I regularly watched Zuhra’s live sessions. She is incredibly informative, supportive, and genuinely motivational. She also carried out my initial consultation, and she made me feel completely at ease from the start.
The service has been excellent so far. I received my delivery within 24 hours of placing my order, which really impressed me.
Although it’s still early days, my experience has been fantastic, and I’m excited to continue my journey with Skin & Shape Pharmacy. I would definitely recommend them based on the service I’ve received so far.
