As a new customer, our experience with Skillshub.com so far has been excellent. From our very first interaction, the sales team has been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in understanding our needs.

They took the time to walk us through the platform in detail, answering all of our questions and making sure we felt confident about getting started. Nothing ever felt rushed or overly “salesy” — just helpful, professional guidance that made the whole process smooth and reassuring.

What really stood out was how responsive and approachable the team has been. Communication has been clear and timely throughout, which has made onboarding feel straightforward and stress-free.

Even on subjects like GDPR, which aren’t always the most exciting the Skillshub content genuinely stands out. The format used is clear, engaging and informative and easily the best GDPR training experience many of us have had across different sectors.

Having used the same training platform for multiple years I decided to do a review and came across Skills Hub. From initial contact I have experienced prompt replies and the initial introduction contained everything I needed to know. Set up has been great so far - simple and straight forward. About to launch to the wider team but am confident that they will find it as easy to use as I have.

We’ve been using Skillshub as part of our wider training programmes, and it’s made a real difference to how people apply what they’ve learnt back in the workplace. The short, focused videos are perfect for busy teams, everything is bite-sized, practical, and easy to access.

I really like that the content is CPD-certified and covers such a broad range of topics. We’ve been able to create tailored learning pathways that link directly to the workshops we run, which means everyone can continue developing at their own pace after the training.

The platform is simple to use, the reporting gives us clear visibility of engagement, and the team at Skillshub have been great at helping us set everything up exactly how we wanted.

It’s been an excellent addition to our learning offer and a really cost effective way to keep development going beyond the classroom.

We use Skills Hub to give delegates an insight to key themes that will be explored in our face to face sessions as well as after to consolidate their learning. The session duration times are great ranging from 1 to 5 minutes and the downloading of notes on key themes is excellent. It is easy to use and the Skills Hub team are always on hand to provide guidance on how to get the most out of the system.

Skillshub platform is exceptionally easy to navigate and offers a wide range of learning resources you can benefit from, utilising a variety of interactive tools. It provides clear instructions for exploring all its elements, and it's backed by excellent support behind the scenes. Highly recommend as a learning tool.

I have been using Skills Hub for about three years and it has been a great tool to use with my apprentices. It gives information in easily digestible modules which compliment the training the apprentices receive and moves them forward to successfully completing.

Skillshub is a great online eLearning platform. The content is varied, with each session lasting just a few minutes, making it easy to fit learning into a busy day. You can also create learning journeys focused on the areas you want to develop and engage with. The Skillshub team are friendly, responsive, and always happy to help.

Skillshub’s e-learning has been a total game changer for me. The content is relevant and practical, the journey's are well structured, and I could apply what I learned almost immediately. The platform’s smooth to use and their support is solid. Highly recommend for anyone serious about real, useful learning.

The courses seem to be getting much more indepth, previously the courses gave you the detail but were lacking in the end of course testing function, many times having only 3 questions that could have been answered without the course content first being read. If you failed you could automatically take the same 3 questions again. Course content and testing has now improved significantly, maybe too long in some cases. There is a wide range of course content that, both allows the user to enhance their own skillset by choosing their own content, as well as those set by their employer. From the admin side reporting tools are effective. I would change the invited-receptive-engaged process, currently the status returns to receptive if the engaged user does not access for a period of time, this can disengage some users.

I used this company for a bespoke training course for the company I work for! Fantastic staff, very friendly and approachable! They really are skilled at creating e-learning courses and do so with professionalism and at pace! Never had to wonder what the next steps are or ever chase them for information. Perfect execution, would use them again.
