Fab team who did the impossible!! I have had major ski boot issues for the past 4 years, and with other boot fitting specialists never found a solution. However, Ski Exchange managed to diagnose my boot problems, so I could finally enjoy skiiing again!! If you seem to have ski boot issues that seem impossible to solve definitely try this place with their comfort guarantee. The friendly, expert team were patient and never seemed to give up finding the perfect boot for me. I had painful shin bang issues and numbing sensations in most boots that I had previously tried on. All members of the Ski Exchange team had a wealth of knowledge and experience. Would definitely recommend for any skiers out there having boot issues!!

Ski Exchange have just restored my faith in customer service. I booked an appointment to sort out a problem with my ski boots (purchased elsewhere) and the level of customer care I received was excellent, they were very polite, thoughtful and thorough. They also gave my skis a great service for a very reasonable price. I would 100% recommend for ski servicing, boot fitting and ski gear. Exceptional value and customer care.

Went to see Simon to get some new ski boots. I'd had numb toes in my old ski boots for years (weren't fitted by Ski Exchange, I'll add!). Came away with a lovely pair of Head boots. Tried several makes and the ones I ended up with were moulded to fit. Won't lie, I was suspect when he put me in smaller boots, but trusted the process! Just come back from 6 days solid skiing in Meribel with no numb toes! Best skiing I've had for years! Thank you guys! Will most certainly recommend for any ski equipment and will be back for boots for hubby....and perhaps skis for both of us too!!! ;)

A great range of boots and a very experienced team at Ski Exchange measured me up and found an ideal boot for my needs, which was then carefully fitted. Andy did a great job of this prior to my recent trip where the boots were very comfortable and performed really well on, off and touring up a piste, and during apres ski!
