SkiDoc - what a brilliant service - 5 Star support (Thank you Elliott) - nothing too much trouble, excellent equipment, very flexible support when needed. It felt like I was dealing with a friend.
So much better and convenient than a trip to ski hire shops when they come and fit you in the chalet. Definitely the only ski hire I will use in the future. JOHN

These guys bend over backwards PERIOD. They are an enabler they bring functionality and options to the table. Stayed in bourg, Delivered and fitted 2 sets of skis to the Motorhome at Huttopia Campsite in Bourg Saint Maurice they are CHEAPER than main stream equipment providers... And they also serviced my own snowboard and droppped it of early next morning.

Cannot fault their service and friendliness. Proactive, fast response, all on WhatsApp, really simple. Nothing was too much trouble.

We were stuck in the worst traffic jam and SkiDoc came to our chalet at almost midnight to deliver the skis. They checked in the next day and came to change my boots in the evening for a better fit.

Pick up was simple. V reasonable price. Good quality equipment. I will certainly look for SkiDoc for my next trip! Pls provide your services in all resorts ;)

The correspondence and service was easy and outstanding.
The knowledge and advice from the staff members was really helpful in making sure boots were the right size and fit. I was also given a lighter pair of skis due to having had a knee replacement.
We will definitely use SkiDoc again.

This was the best ski hire equipment experience I've had in decades of skiing. For the past few years we've skiied in Sweden, which does it pretty well, but there's still some waiting around and frustration. SkiDoc brought everything straight to our chalet at a convenient time, so there was no waiting around. Plus my family and I have incredibly wide feet, and this was the first time (possibly in my life?) that I haven't had to swap my boots for a larger size on day 1 or 2, so I felt really listened to. Drop off couldn't have been easier, we just left our equipment in the ski hut and they picked it all up. Good contact via WhatsApp and easy to exchange stuff if needed. Definitely recommend.

Great service, product and value. There are loads of places to hire ski equipment in the French alps but SkiDoc have something else, it’s all about the ease, the reduction of stress and the amazing service.
We were staying in a great apartment in La Plagne with a complex underground carpark and corridor system to the boot room, our SkiDoc guy did everything, brought the skis and boots for 19 people in our group, right to the boot room, and kitted everyone out.
The equipment was great, but it is from all ski hire places. I’ll be using SkiDoc every time they are available in my resort.

We cannot recommend the guys from SkiDoc enough, it really makes our holiday…the eternal queuing in the ski shop is a thing of the past!

Chris & Elliott made sure the drop off and pick up were seamless, within an hour of arriving in resort (Val Thorens) and an hour after we finished skiing on the Friday afternoon.

Having this kind of service makes you feel like millionaires…we aren’t but this is a very affordable luxury! We won’t do anything else and have recommended to all our mates, you can’t go wrong

Another brilliant experience with SkiDoc. An absolute game changer arriving into our accommodation after a long drive and waiting for the delightful technician to arrive with a great choice of skis instead of enduring a scrum and quite often a lack of options in a local shop. Boots where we needed them were also spot on. Great équipment and brilliant communication throughout. Price was also very good! Thank you Elliott and SkiDoc team!

Faultless service, great communication. Kit was delivered exactly when we wanted it. 1 of our group had an issue with a binding, we were met on the slopes immediately and the binding replaced. Kit was collected from our boot room without us having to be there. A little more expensive than hiring from a shop but worth every penny.

I was really impressed with the service I received from SkiDoc. My boots rubbed bad they came to where I was staying twice to make things more comfortable for me. This was not a problem to them. I would highly recommend.

Really excellent service by these guys, they delivered to my friend's house, the equipment was very good value and even my friend (who is a local) was astonished by the high quality of the equipment I was provided. Would highly recommend, this service is much easier than a standard ski shop!

Ski Doc were absolutely brilliant. Their kit is high quality, super friendly staff and very accommodating for all our different arrival times to our chalet. They were excellent in coming back for a couple of adjustments to our equipment during the week. An all-round great service, I highly recommend them.
