We are disappointed to hear you were not happy with your order. As a small business we take pride and care in the orders we produce. Our Outline Stitch products are our best-selling items. All the designs are carefully hand drawn creating an outline and drawing of key features in the photos our customer’s upload. The design is then sent to our customers to approve within 24 hours. I can see that the design was sent to your email however, we did not get a response within 24 hours, so the order process began to avoid any production and delivery delays.
Amazing!…
Will recommend this company without hesitation, great service, great communication and above all else, great product.
Thank you !

Great experience!
My order was ready to go in such a timely manner - completely unexpected for a bespoke item! Asking for approval before beginning the stitching itself was a really nice touch, and the design has come through true to what they showed. The hoody itself is also really good quality, I definitely recommend one if you're looking for a personalised gift!

Amazing customer service and product
Amazing customer service and quick response to emails. The ordering process was very simple and the team quickly followed up with an email to confirm the design. The embroidery is a perfect copy of the original image. The hoodie is quite thin -this is the only reason I haven’t given 5 stars. Would 100% recommend and purchase again! Thank you

All round goodness!
I made a mistake with my order (that originally I didn't think was my fault - it definitely was) the customer service team were lovely about it.
It was easy to order (although don't try and spell tricky words whilst drinking wine!) and the choice of optionswas good
The quality is great and I'm just really happy with the product
