ATROCIOUS SERVICE - Item arrived faulty / damaged. Complained to company and provided and extremely clear photo of the fault. Told I’d be getting a replacement and it had been sent. Threw old skates away, only to be told they now wanted more pictures I couldn’t provide! So I have no skates, and they’ve effectively stolen my money!! AVOID THEM!!

Parcel arrived in the country and was released by UK customs on the 8th, company swears blind it did not make it to country until the 12th and that weekends and bank holidays were the problem, the tracking information says otherwise.

The bike part however is inexcusable that they scam you out of your money only to tell you you need to buy a separate part (a part that IS INCLUDED with ALL reputable sellers) I do not appreciate waiting over a week for a product that is missing parts only to be told that it's my fault for not ordering the part separate, when it should have been supplied. I wanted to fix my bike so I could get to work, not waste the next 3 weeks trying to get the other part because of this companies scam.

Online purchasing was simple and the delivery was quick, despite suspensions with parcel company. The item was also well boxed and protected. I received product Friday and unfortunately had to return on Saturday due to incorrect size being sent. I was sent a size 8 inner sock, with a size 10 or 11 rollerblades, boot? (The sock needs to sit tight and snug within the boot, for control and comfort reasons) May I also suggest that details regarding the return of items be clearer, as I discovered today, a returns label apparently needs to be purchased from Skatepro for £3.95, I've paid £46 for a standard recorded delivery, silly me. Aside from this issue/slip with said product, I have had no previous issues with this company.

Dishones company ,Having .UK in your name suggests a UK company .They know this so they are dishonest .won't ever use again

Yes clarify why you have UK in tge domain name and it's in pounds sterling when on your website .
There's no confusion on my part you're dishonest to have it that way .
